I ordered a black strap for my Gucci…
I ordered a black strap for my Gucci Blondie bag and the picture showed a black strap and I was thrilled as it was shipped pretty immediately . I received the package and it was a white strap instead of the black one shown in the picture. I emailed to enquire about it and was told that I ordered white and the black one is not in stock anymore and I will not get a refund and can get a store credit and have to pay for shipping back to them . I agreed to pay for shipping and simple requested I do not wish to be given a store credit and ofcourse they refuse to do so and now I’m out of $199 and have a white strap I have no use for . Worst store ever I shopped at and will never be shopping with them ever again . Beware !! Do Not shop from this website !!

We’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your experience. When the order was placed, an order confirmation was automatically sent showing the exact item selected: the white strap. Based on our records, the item shipped matched the order that was placed.
When you contacted us, we explained that the black strap shown in the listing was unfortunately no longer available and offered to accept a return for store credit, which is our standard return policy. We also agreed to allow the return, even though the correct item was delivered per the order confirmation.
We always aim to work with our customers and provide reasonable solutions whenever possible. We’re sorry that we couldn’t reach a resolution that satisfied you. We did try our best to assist.

I ordered the Ferragamo Gray Acetate Sunglasses. The sunglasses look great, feel sturdy, and the gray acetate frame has a nice premium look. However, the shipping was slower than expected and the packaging felt a bit basic for the price. Overall, the product is solid, but the shopping experience could be better.

This by far was one of the worst experiences I have had when it comes to online shopping.. You all cancelled my original order and then reordered it 5 days later. It took my 2 weeks to get my order and no one could really tell me what happened. I had to keep reaching out and then I was told that the item was priced incorrectly (lower) on the website and pretty much I should be happy that you honored the price that was on your website in the first place. The customer service and communication was pure trash. Too bad because I was planning to order more items but that will never happen
