Communication was second to none, and any of my queries were always addressed to help me through the process. I would gladly work with Officio and Michael again.

Really helpful and not overly pushy - didn't feel inundated with calls unlike other agencies I've dealt with. Tammy was great at sorting the office space we needed and the wallet with shortlisted suggestions is perfect for managing available options!

David was very helpful, always followed-up, tried to source additional options and kept us updated of any changes.
Unfortunately our requirements were quite strict and the preference that won was the closest option to another facility we were using.

Keith called to check in that everything ran smoothly and was very diligent in making sure we were in and set up. Schae has also been a great help and was instrumental in finding us our perfect space, which wasn’t easy given it was our first and I had a fairly specific set of requirements (which I was learning during the search). Overall we’ve been very happy with Officio and the members of staff we’ve interacted with have been terrific.

On Wednesday afternoon we were given 15 days to move out of our current office. On Wednesday evening I contacted Kirsty with a specific brief within a small geographical area. On Thursday we had 8 viewings and we were signing contracts on Friday. Kirsty moved quickly and solved a stressful situation far more quickly than we expected. Great service.

We had started looking for offices in London but the process really got accelerated when we reached out to Officio. Joe found us some great options after we explained what we were looking for and was very pro-active in getting us viewings booked in. He helped us through the negotiation and signing process, which was very helpful. After we moved in Joe's colleague Ben reached out to ensure that we moved and settled well, which was a nice.
