I’ve had a really positive experience with Aspire Property Group. There’s a genuine sense that they want the people within the community to succeed, and the support goes far beyond simply providing property education. The programme has given me practical support, valuable connections and advice that has genuinely helped me move my own property business forward.

A special mention to Terri in Customer Success, who has been brilliant to deal with - always approachable, helpful and genuinely supportive whenever I’ve needed her.

I also have to mention Dan Buchan, whose generosity in sharing his knowledge is quite exceptional. Despite the number of people within the Aspire community, he somehow manages to make you feel personally known and cared about. He champions people, celebrates their progress and is always willing to share what he knows to help someone else move forward. He’s also, quite simply, an all-round good egg!

For me, that combination of knowledge, encouragement, support and community is what makes Aspire special. I’ve made some fantastic connections through being part of it and would absolutely recommend Aspire to anyone serious about building their knowledge, their network and their future in property.

Using Aspire Property to sell our house was a good choice as took all the pain out of using regular estate agents - they supplied the legal team & managed the process from end to end - prices achieved were as expected - all completed in less than 5 months as well - would have been quicker as the issues we had with selling were not of their making as was all Sheffield City Council's doing - they are a pain to deal with & slowed everything down - but Chloe & Terri managed thru it all and got the sale over the line so we could move into our new house more or less on time. Lee in the beginning was very good & helpful before Chloe took the reigns and she did an excellent job - backed by Terri who got back to us in a timely manner when needed. All in all a very good experience - so can't praise Lee, Chloe & Terri enough for all their hard work - with special mention to Billy for popping out on demand for pre-sale inspections and what not.
So again can't recommend Aspire enough for your property needs.

So far so good! I have agreed to 2x properties and we are making good progress on one, I'm not sure how long the second should take, it's not begun on my side yet but I imagine it's a difficult time with rate increases.
It's only early doors so please take my review with a pinch of salt! I'll come back and amend this once the first property closes.
