When I tried to withdraw the funds without making any trades, I was unable to log in to my account.
My entire initial deposit was confiscated.

Withdrawal Blocked for 56+ Days - Complete Communication Blackout
This is a reply of below comment posted by AssetsFX:
Very bad excuse, that I am not a user of AssetsFX, I have a full email conversation history with you. So please don't make lame excuses, process my withdrawal, and send it to me asap.
I opened an account with AssetsFX on September 4, 2025. Everything worked normally until I attempted to make a withdrawal.
Withdrawal Issue
On September 18, 2025, I submitted a withdrawal request for USD 3,886. Shortly after submitting it, my account status changed to “invalid,” and the withdrawal was not processed.
Attempts to Communicate
Since then, I have tried repeatedly to contact the company through several official channels, including:
18+ emails to their support addresses
Their live chat service
Their Telegram channel
I received only one brief acknowledgment on September 19 stating that the matter would be reviewed. After that, I did not receive any further updates or explanations.
Lack of Information
Up to now, I have not been provided with:
A reason for the account being marked invalid
Any reference to a Terms of Service issue
Any clarification regarding the blocked withdrawal
My account had no issues prior to the withdrawal request.
Current Status (as of the date of this review):
The account remains marked as invalid
The USD 3,886 withdrawal request has been pending for over 56 days
I have not received any detailed response from customer support
I have submitted a formal complaint to the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius on November 13, 2025
General Observations
From my personal experience, deposits were processed without difficulty, but the withdrawal process has been problematic. The lack of communication has made it difficult to understand or resolve the situation.
Advice for Others
I recommend being cautious and ensuring you fully understand the withdrawal procedures and support availability before opening an account. My experience may not reflect that of all clients, but it has been challenging so far.
I will update this review if the situation changes or if I receive any resolution.

Be careful with AssetFX
Be careful with AssetFX. On Friday, without warning, they blocked my MT4 account, so I can no longer log in. Furthermore, I can no longer access the website where deposits and withdrawals are made.
I'm practically cut off and don't know if I'll get back the €20,000 that was in my account on Friday. Several of my emails have been ignored. The phone number listed for Cyprus is also incorrect.
I think this is a major scam.
