From start to finish the process was straightforward and communication was clear. Ellie in particular was really helpful, keeping everything simple and making sure I knew exactly what was needed at each stage.
I was asked for photos and a few documents, and once everything was submitted the claim moved quickly.
I didn’t have proof of purchase, which I was initially worried about, but they handled it reasonably and were still able to progress the claim based on the evidence provided.
The claim was settled in full at the insured value, and payment was made promptly after providing my bank details.
Overall, a smooth and fair experience with no unnecessary delays. I’d definitely recommend them based on how efficiently and professionally this was handled.
