Used my Wowcher with them and went for a far more comprehensive package than the Wowcher. I wanted to see the Wowcher amount discounted off the package but they were trying to tell me it already was when I have already had quotes from other companies. I decided not to use them and they ignored Wowchers several requests to confirm they were sending the credit back.

Great service from Lisa. My case was quite complicated and when she didn't know the answer, she came back to me after seeking the answer from the solicitor. I initially signed up for a £10 group deal but ended up going for the far more comprehensive trust will yo protect my family in the future.

Bought a Wowcher. Spoke with Roger who was really informative, helpful, open and honest. I decided to go with a full will and power of attorney at the same time. Obviously is more exspensive but worth it.

Absolute rip off! I bought a voucher for a single will. Was told I’d then have to pay extra to actually access it! Was told they keep the original and I’d have to pay to get it used when the time came and offered a monthly premium to be able to edit it! I paid for a will. I got a big bag of NOTHING! Absolute crooks. See other bad reviews on here! Wish I’d read them first! And your reply below is untrue as I never got as far as even discussing the will! Don’t know who you think I am but I’ve not taken ANY of your services so this is a complete lie on your side. Once we were told there would be more charges we decided to cut our loss and go to a proper solicitor. You’ve literally just made your reply up! You’ve no idea who I am 🤣 please stop trying to upsell to older people, some who might be vulnerable and end up paying you extra money! Having read your 1-3 star reviews they all say the same. Edit: I note you have removed your reply as you know it was untrue!
