We value our clients and their needs and won't try to hard sell you into something you may not think is the best for yourself and you family. We treat our clients like our own family and friends and pride ourselves on our friendly and professional service. Complex pre-existing conditions don't necessarily mean you are stuck with your current insurer or cannot get a policy in place. We will guide you through the different options you have available. As well as arranging policies for you, we will also provide an ongoing service to you and help with administration, claims queries and general information about your policy and how it works. We also offer free annual reviews of your cover to make sure you are always getting the best cover and price.

Amazing customer service
What an azming company they are. They really help me with my insurance and what one to go for I asked them lots of questions and they answer all of them. The customer service is amazing you won't get it anywhere else

I was returning to the UK after living…
I was returning to the UK after living abroad for 17 years. Unfortunately, as my private health insurance was not transferable to the UK, it was imperative I find another a.s.a.p. A friend suggested I contact Assure-U Ltd to assist with my search, and am I glad I did! They found me a great policy at a great price and made the whole process easy. The staff are always friendly and were most understanding and helpful when I had to make a claim. Greg, organises the renewal each year and finds me the best terms available. I would recommend Assure-U to anyone!

Great Levels of Service make them stand out.
I have used Assure U Ltd for a few years now and always get a great level of service.
They try hard to find me a deal that suits me- not necessarily the cheapest and I am very happy to recommend them .

Insightful company if you need to know what products are suitable for you and your lifestyle.
This company was very informative on the options available to me for private medical insurance. It was indeed advantageous to know how I could save money, access the correct products and have the processes administered with quotes available within one hour of my enquiry.
