My washing machine drawer was clogged up and I couldnt use softeners. I booked a repair and was contacted within 24 hours. The contractor was very efficient, polite and professional.
I would have given 5 X but because I had to pay remainder of my monthly premiums for the year, I feel it isn't a true insurance policy. As I was told by Assure Guard, this is because this isn't insurance, it's 'cover'. Hmm . . .

Very fast service, no quibbles and list of replacement options sent almost immediately. Delivery on time as promised.

I reported a fault in my NEFF washer/drier on New Years Eve and was disappointed to be advised when I again telephoned on January 3 that it was deemed too old (8 years approx) for an engineer to call. I was offered a choice of three replacement models, non of which were of a similar standard.
Notwithstanding this contact with the customer service section was always polite informative and professional. All arrangements for the replacement were carried out according to plan although I did think the installation costs were excessive.

I found the service excellent and a replacement was sent out within a few days.

Call was answered efficiently. Very good and presenable engineer arrive and quickly assesed repair requirement. Parts were ordered and another very good engier of same standard arrive a day later with part, on time, and completed the repairand cleaned up. We were impressed with the attitude and empathy of both men.
