If I could put 0 stars I would! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!
Do not be fooled by the pictures!

I ordered a dress in 12/02/2025 (Total £27.00) and received it 06/03/2025. It looked NOTHING like the photos, and the material was horrible!

I contacted them for me to send it back via email, as their website was no longer working, and Shopify advised me I had to resolve the issue direct with the company.

Astalia told me I would have to pay to return the goods (The cost would be around £35) and then they could look at arranging a refund, not including the return fees.

They then agreed with me to refund me 50% of the original costs, and for me to keep the dress (Even though it is not wearable), and to this day (29/05/25) I have still not received a refund!

I have sent them another chaser today and have now received a bounce back to the email, and their website is still completely down. Looks like I will be getting no refund!

Ordered 2 rings from here one fit…

Ordered 2 rings from here one fit perfectly but the other was too big. I filled in a returns form and sent the ring back recorded delivery. The customer service is absolutely shocking. AVOID DO NO ORDER FROM HERE

Over priced jewellery if that doesn’t stop you only part of my order received, absolutely no response or reply from there web form or email address and no contact telephone number , I wish I hadn’t purchased as I doubt if I will be refunded.

Awful service

Awful service. Ordered a jacket in December. They sent it to the wrong address. 3 months later and 5 requests for either a product or a refund, I am still waiting. I keep getting sent the below message:

“We sincerely apologize for the delay and any frustration this may have caused. Please rest assured that our team is actively working on your issue, and we will provide you with an update as soon as possible.

We appreciate your patience and understanding. Please let us know if you have any further questions.”

Reading these reviews has unfortunately confirmed what I suspected - that I will receive neither a product nor a refund.

Following up from a review I left last week. DO NOT BUY FROM ASTALIA! The size L is cut as an XS and they will ask you to send pics to prove the size is too small. As for the return process well…not only you have to pay to send the item back to China, obvs! You are not guarantee a refund either!!! And taking what a scam this company is you will never get a refund! I don’t know how people working for ASTALIA can look at themselves in the mirror to allow such a scam! AND THE QUALITY OF THE JACKET I BOUGHT AND CANT GET A REFUND FOR IS NOT ONLY 3 SIZES TOO SMALL FROM ADVERTISED IT IS ALSO PLASTICALLY!!! MADE IN CHINA FOR YOU! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Please Avoid

Do not order from here, paid £35 for the most poorly made dress that honestly I wouldn’t even pay £1 for! Better off going SHEIN for better quality and better prices, plus to add to this there’s a charge to return to china, would have just kept it if it was cheaper! Wish I had checked reviews before purchase but you live and learn

I ordered four of the same dress…

I ordered four of the same dress different colours as sizing was not accurate
I then read bad reviews and asked to cancel straight away
I was told I could not cancel but I could send back for a refund
My items have eventually came
I only need the two small dresses the medium I wanted to return
After constant e mailing I was told same send to china at my expense then they would refund I doubt very much if anybody has ever had a refund of them.
Or I keep dresses and the will give me 15% so I paid over £170 for 4 dresses keeping two they will give me £12 back and they keep my money which is about £68 what a scam

Absolutely the most horrific shopping experience of my life, the brand is an absolute scam, I waited 9 days and realised they weren’t sending my order so cancelled it and asked FIVE time for a refund, they ignored me and replied and offered me a 10% discount completely disregarding my mulitiple refund requests. They sent the dress which I received a month after I ordered it, and it was AWFUL quality I wouldn’t be caught dead in it. Material is terrible. There’s no refund process you have to email for instructions which I’m sure they will now ignore. Do not order from this company. The same dresses are all on Amazon and are a Chinese company. Cheap and nasty.

AVOID!! Customer service shocking!

i placed an order with this company on the 18th of january, as the confirmation email promised i have still not received so much as a tracking number!

as said i have not received the dress i ordered but after reading these reviews i dont hold up much hope that it will even arrive, never mind the quality!!

poor customer service i would avoid based on that alone!!

Sold a dress that is inches smaller!

Sold a dress that is inches smaller than the size guide. I sized up by 2 sizes. Not providing refund or return label. Being told I need to send and pay to send it back to china at my expense. Been about 10 emails now and still not been sorted. Was offered a new dress but the new size guide they sent me was completely different that the one on the original item. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

Do not buy from this company- fraudulent

Do not buy from this company. They represent they are based in the UK. They are not they are based in China. The clothes are cheap and poor quality and when you seek to return them they try to make you return them to China at your own expense. Notwithstanding that they have a UK address on their website and in their email correspondence. This is fraudulent and misleading for consumers.

Unacceptable Service and Late Delivery – Would Not Recommend

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I ordered a dress on 23rd November 2024 for a specific event, but it didn’t arrive for over 1.5 months, making it completely useless for the occasion. Despite contacting customer service, I received only generic responses and no resolution for weeks.

To make matters worse, the dress eventually arrived after the event, and the company still failed to follow up on their promise to resolve the issue. I’m now left trying to navigate the returns process for an item I no longer need.

This lack of communication, poor service, and delayed delivery are unacceptable. I would not recommend shopping here, as their failure to meet basic consumer rights has caused me a great deal of frustration.

I would avoid this shop!!

Just a crap dropshipper, avoid

My Astalia order came directly from AliExpress and was low quality crap - seems they are very different to the jewellery brand reviewed below now they’re selling clothing. I asked to return it and was told to return it to China at my own cost, or have a 15% refund. I asked to return it and… was refunded 15%. No response since. Very obviously not a real company and just a shopfront for orders going to AliExpress. Avoid Astalia - a total waste of money.

Returns nightmare

After receiving an item bought online it did not look as good in person , so decided to return the item , this became a big problem as there is no returns details on site or online and no response from you when reported, got PayPal involved and the response via PayPal from you was you can have a partial refund or return the item myself to China !!! At my expense and a full refund given if the item was returned in original packaging with tags !!! You do not warn people of this before they buy from you , so be WARNED anyone buying from here forget trying to return an item as it is made pretty much the most difficult experience in order to get your money back , and lack of customer service is a disgrace . I could partially understand if items were cheap, but they are advertised as quality items and prices to match !! Shame your customer service doesn't match .

Fantastic quality pieces and fantastic customer service , I would just like to say that I have bought many pieces from Astalia and not left a review but after my new pieces from new collection just came I thought I’d do it while fresh in my mind because the quality is good price point is an issue with some people but I have every chain 2 carabiners dice 2 crosses and now stunning heart which I’m super thrilled with looks amazing I change chains daily with different charms collected and as I have arthritis it is super easy with double clasp and carabiners so thanks Taylor darby and the whole astalia team

Disappointed - so far not so good

Ordered £ 70 set as advertised on Astalia website - unfortunately when it arrived it is not what I ordered. Contacted customer service to get a returns form/ number but am struggling to get a response im really hoping there is a good reason as it is not cheap for a fashion item
