Astralis Solar Avis

Excellent service, prompt delivery, absolutely no complaints. Thank you!

I spent quite a lot of time researching solar and battery systems and spoke to several installers before eventually choosing Astralis Solar. I'm very pleased that I did.
From my first conversations with Ben, I was impressed by his knowledge and, just as importantly, his approach. At no point did I feel that I was being sold the biggest or most expensive system. Instead, Ben took the time to understand our property, our electricity usage and what I actually wanted to achieve, and then designed a system around that.
I asked a lot of questions throughout the process and Ben was always happy to explain the reasoning behind the design and answer them properly. I particularly appreciated his honest approach to battery capacity, rather than encouraging me to spend more money immediately, the advice was to install a good-sized battery, monitor the real-world performance of the system and only consider additional capacity later if the data shows that we need it.
The installation itself was excellent. Ben and his colleague worked extremely hard, everything was installed very neatly and the property was left clean and tidy afterwards. Ben also took the time to talk me through the system and FoxCloud app once everything was up and running.
Katie has been excellent throughout as well, keeping me informed and handling the paperwork, DNO connection process, warranties and the next steps for our export MPAN and MCS certification.
The whole experience has felt professional, knowledgeable and refreshingly straightforward. Most importantly, I feel we've ended up with the right system for our home rather than simply the system somebody wanted to sell us.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Astralis Solar.

Ben and the team did a fantastic job from the initial enquiry through to handing over the finished system. The installation is very neat and Ben was willing to make small adjustments where possible to get it just right and went above and beyond to finish the job on time.

I highly recommend Astralis Solar.

Ben has just completed installing a 9.8kw solar array with 10kw battery system for us and we couldn’t be happier, he is a great local company who really listens to his client and delivers exactly what is asked for.
Highly recommended

Couldn't be happier with the service. Ben is a fantastic local tradesman who is incredibly reliable, professional, and friendly from start to finish. His work is exceptionally tidy - he took great care with the installation and left everything spotless. Ben has made the whole process completely stress-free and easy. Top-quality job and highly recommend.

I would recommend Astralis solar without hesitation. Very clear and timely communication from Ben and Katie throughout. We had an in-roof (GSE) solar system installed, with battery storage. We also had additional panels fitted on a flat roof. Clearly a very experienced team, and competitively priced. We are extremely happy with the work, and with the support and advice we received from Ben before, during and after installation.

Fantastic personal service- will suggest and deliver solution's for what you need rather than a standard package. Friendly and professional advice and explanations provided in user friendly terminology. Guides you through everything step by step and the work is clean, tidy and efficient! Follow up support is provided to ensure the panels are performing as expected - would highly recommend

Ben and the team were great they turned up Monday morning and finished Tuesday afternoon. One of the panels was damaged on delivery but they quickly sorted it out and got it replace before the end of day. No trouble in getting back to me on my questions and supported me with the app and explaining how everything works 10 out of 10

Brilliant service and technical knowledge, from onsite survey and quote to install I can’t fault Ben and the team

Ben and his team were very professional and forthcoming with any information i needed.
The installation went very smoothly and i am now benefiting from free electricity,
I highly recommend this local company for the smooth way they explained the process from the original survey to installation answering all my questions (and i had a lot!!),many Thanks

Buying a solar panel system with a battery & inverter is not only a big investment but also a big commitment & we decided to go local and we were not disappointed.

Astralis were fantastic from start to finish. From coming out personally to our property and doing a full survey to showing us several different options and the benefits of each and finally to the delivery and installation and testing of the system. All went without a hitch and kept on track by good clear & regular communication.

We are really pleased with our system and Astralis Solar who installed it.

Ben at Astralis has been great to deal with. From my first phone call right the way through to installation of my system he has been fantastic. The system he recommended is working perfectly and we are very pleased with every aspect of his work. I highly recommend him to anyone

Ben talked us through the whole process and what to expect and he was right about it all! the installation was quick and efficient and they were extremely efficient at tidying up

Fantastic service from concept to delivery. Couldn't recommend Ben highly enough! Many Thanks

Great Job done, Ben is very knowledgeable and has done solar panels for myself and 2 other family members.

From initial enquiry to installation in less than 6 weeks. Great experience from Ben and the team. Supported with set up and even after installation continued to offer support. Would not hesitate to recommend Australis Solar, for both price and experience.

We had our installation done a few weeks ago now. I would recommend Astralis to anyone looking for a professional knowledge and generally all round helpful company.

Ben is a credit to his work and if you are reading this, stop, pick up your phone and for him a call, nothing was to much trouble for him.

Had a really positive experience with this company. Ben gave us very good advice on what system would suit our house and our needs, and gave us different options to think about.
The installation was done quickly and to a very good standard, everything looks neat and tidy both inside and outside.
All of the paperwork was dealt with for us and returned quickly so that we could register with our supplier. We were also given guidance on what we needed to look for and do in terms of switching tariffs.

Ben was really great at explaining everything, how the system worked, sorting out the paperwork. He was quick and efficient when it came to installing the panels and the battery/inverter etc. he has a wealth of knowledge about solar and I would highly recommend his company, I am very pleased with my system and can already see the benefits
