Astute does all the work that adobe should be doing to make illustrator brilliant. I hate using Illustrator without it. And I hope that I never have to.

I tried using the free trial and couldn't even open up the app. When I tried getting help I was left on seen and never received any support. I really wanted to try these plugins.

The plugins are essential to my work. It would be difficult for me to use Illustrator without them.

I have saved countless hours and have only scratched the surface of the potential these plugins hold.

Excellent software, Illustrator is half the tool without Astute graphics...

I can't even begin to state what a fantastic suite of add-ons this is for Illustrator. Coming from 20 years of Corel Draw use, I don't think I could use Illustrator without the Astute plugins. So many great, intuitive tools here that frankly should be a part of the Illustrator program out of the box. Thank you Astute for making a good vector program great!

I love Astute so much that I’m willing to pay for it out of my own pocket. It speeds up my work, and makes getting things aligned and snapped to an absolutely perfect position very easy. I’m very particular when it comes to things being perfect, and Astute helps me get it there.

I love some of the creative plugins - very useful. The only problem is that there is so much functionality that it can get confusing. Also, I wish there was a way to see the shortcuts without having the astute buddy panel taking up space. Anyway, these plugins are very clever and useful. Training materials are good but also a bit confusing because there are so many parts. Overall I am a happy customer and I am sure I will renew my subscription when it comes due.

My experience has been wonderful using many of the plugins—Phantasm, Reform, Stipplism, DynamicSketch, and SubScribe. One negative is the abundance of very good tools along with my inability to remember where and how to use... not a bad problem.

They are powerful plug-ins, but the problem is that you pay too much up front and in the trial version they give you 7 days, which is not even enough to learn to master just one tool. All those who are going to pay the money is because they need to save time on design, that is, they are already saturated. I already have 2 months with the plugins installed and I have barely learned 5 tools on a very regular basis. The only way I have to see your tutorials is to put background sound when I'm working and I do that on a daily basis and even so the learning curve is very steep. The only ones who dominate astute Graphics are its own developers. I don't think there is another person in the world who can say that they dominate all the plugins for their work.

Just frustrating at times .
Unfortunately I would love to give this plugin collection a five star review but honestly I can’t .
The fact that Astute does not have an organized way to learn the functions each plugin offers is quite frustrating.
One can learn how to almost rule the world for 12.99 on Udemy. But astute offers me short ill structured YouTube videos that seem vague / no proper ordering system and hard to follow .
Are Most people who pay for the service are not there to learn pattern fashion design ? Probably but probably not . Why pay someone to make videos about such a niche topic?
I understand some things are learned in that series but still . How about “These are all our plugins and I am here to clearly explain how each one works ?”
Some videos seem really cool but they are promotional videos showing us what could be done if we knew how to use the plugins .
I think Astute would do better if they invested more money to have a better tutorial system .
One needs to spend a bit of money to make some money.

Very excited to learn the ropes and explore my astute plugins. I’m very adept at illustrator for my work would love to speed up my editing time using astute. I’m sure it will open even more doors for creativity.
