There should be zero or negative rating available for this scam company.
I bought a lapotop from Costco under one year and this terrible make shut down without turning back up again.
The laptop came with 2 years warranty and after when I sent it back for repair, today I received an email saying it’s damage is not covered by warranty while absolutely no any physical damages happened to this rubbish laptop whatsoever.
I believe they are scammers and their warranty is all lie they will turn it back to the customers in the end to collect money for their cheap makes.
I wish I had a look at the reviews here before making this big mistake to buy from them.

Never buy ASUS products again. Poor Customer Service

I’m a UK customer (London) and recently sent my ASUS laptop for repair through the official UK support page:

After sending it in, I received an email from the ASUS Authorised UK Repair Centre – GXO ServiceTech, confirming my laptop was being inspected at:

So clearly, the repair work was done entirely in the UK.

Later, I got a £750 repair quotation which I declined.
ASUS then sent me an invoice for £48.08 (inspection + shipping fee).

Here’s the confusing part:

The invoice is in GBP and shows “UK Local 20 % VAT”,

But it was issued by ASUS Holland B.V. (Netherlands),

And payment can only be made to a Dutch IBAN (NL27 BNPA …),

My UK bank adds a £6 fee because it’s treated as an international transfer.

When I asked ASUS why, they replied:

“Unfortunately this is our only method of payment.”

So even though everything — website, shipping address, and repair centre — was UK-based, I still have to pay cross-border fees just to get my laptop back.

My question is:
Why are UK customers not provided with a local UK bank account or an easier payment method?
It makes the process unnecessarily difficult and adds extra costs for something that should be straightforward.

I have been an ASUS fan since 2014, but this experience has completely changed my view. Because of these kinds of difficulties in the UK, I’ve decided to leave ASUS and will never buy ASUS products again.

I managed to secure a pre-order for the new Xbox Ally X. Asus took my money, but when the release date arrived, I didn’t receive it or get any communication explaining why it hadn’t arrived.

After sending a few emails with no response, I decided to call them. I spent 45 minutes on hold before being cut off. I then spent another hour on the phone, only to be told that my order had been delayed by two months and that I should email again a week later for an update.

I did as instructed, but once again received no response. The fact that they took my money and have chosen not to reply is an absolute disgrace. All I’m asking for is communication — I understand that delays can happen — but I feel Asus’s practices are borderline criminal. I’ve been left feeling extremely angry and frustrated with them.

Accepted order for item out of stock. No refund yet.

Asus.co.uk accepted my order and took a week to tell me the item wasn't in stock (shouldn't have accepted the order), I'm currently still waiting for a refund back to my card, will contact the bank in a few days for a chargeback. Have emailed and called, so far no refund.

just bought a new laptop and went to register it. well that didnt go well. first tryed to enter my old login details, but as normal dont remember the password. so i do forgotten password, put in a new password and now it wants a varication code. well never received that, so that dosent work! now i try making a new account with a different email, put in the email address, password, date of birth and push sign up. guess what nothing! just stays on that page and dose nothing. so i try customer support. this is where the fun begins (for them) i must have ask an hundred times to speak to a person, cant create an account, cant login to a account and every time i would get redirected to the wrong page or a page where you have to login! YES A PAGE WHERE YOU HAVE TO LOGIN WHEN IT IS LOGGING IN IS WHAT THE PROBLEM IS! how, why, not possible, why would anyone with a brain do that? have all this companies just totally forgot how to use there brains, can people really be this stupid? you have to login to get help with logging in or creating an account? SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW THE HELL THIS IS POSSIBLE?
WELL I DO NOT RECOMMENED THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE BUYING A NEW COMPUTER AS THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE SIDE OF THINGS ARE NON EXCISTENT! (UNLESS YOU CAN LOG IN!)

ASUS UK - Order stuck in "Processing" for over a week, no response to cancellation requests (€2,150 lost so far)

Hey everyone, I’m posting this to warn others and maybe get some advice.
I ordered a ROG Strix G18 (2025) bundle from the official ASUS UK Store (uk.store.asus.com) on October 10th, 2025, using Express delivery (1–2 business days).
The payment — £1,907.98 (~€2,150) — was taken instantly via Revolut (StripeCheckout).

Since then, my order has been stuck in “Processing” on their website.
No tracking number, no updates, no shipping confirmation.

I contacted ASUS support multiple times through all available official channels and even escalated the case to their executive team.
Only one reply came — a generic message saying they would “forward my request to the local team”. That was days ago, and nothing happened since.

I tried to cancel the order, but ASUS never replied or confirmed the cancellation. Because of that, I filed a dispute through Revolut, which is now officially escalated to the merchant.

At this point, it’s been over a week — no product, no refund, and zero real communication.
This is extremely disappointing from a global brand like ASUS.
If you plan to buy from their UK or EMEA store, please be careful — support seems almost non-existent once they take your money.

Spent £1000 on computer items in which I am still waiting on them to arrive weeks later. No reply from customer service at all after numerous sent emails. Online order is stuck on pending, so I want to know whats with the hold up.

Pre-order pointless. Never AGAIN

If I could give half a star I would. Xbox ROG ally X ordered and in 'batch 1' said delivery when ordering would be 16th (release date) now told they are only receiving them today 17th and will be dispatched will be delivered Monday 20th. Only 5 days late. If I ordered from Currys it would have been here on release. And the Customer Service is terrible and not even some kind of good will gesture. Booked the 2 days off work for nothing.

Pre ordered the Xbox ally x weeks ago and it comes to launch date an no sign of it anywhere. No communication to customers, turned phone lines off. If I could give zero I would. How the manufacturer can give the worst service is baffling.

Contacted several times now about the progress of my order as it's stuck on Processing with no reply, disgusting that even on release date they can't be 100% you'll get it then and that your order can even get cancelled, expected better service all around if I'm honest especially as I ordered as soon as it became available

ASUS kit is great but not the ASUS UK shop

I have used ASUS motherboards and routers for years, and they are superb. However, the ASUS UK online shop is a pain in the proverbial. Emails not answered for items not despatched, promises in telephone calls not actioned, delivery dates are a joke. Great kit, but buy from one of their UK distributors.

Do not buy ROG Z13 for intensive gaming

Customer service is terrible. Product has never worked. Cost €2000 and is out of warranty already 18 months after purchase because they only give you a year. It came back with more problems after repair and they took the box it came in and never sent it back. Everything is broken, external display won't connect, charger is faulty, the GPU does not run XG mobile efficiently anymore, battery drains while gaming even when plugged in. Motherboard needs to be reset every boot.

Title: Outstanding support and a great outcome

I had an issue with my ASUS ROG Flow Z13 when it stopped working after a couple of years of use. At first I was worried, as the repair cost looked extremely high, but once my case was escalated the support I received was excellent.

Michael from ASUS support took ownership of the situation, pushed my case forward, and arranged a free-of-charge repair. The communication was clear throughout and the process was handled smoothly.

Thanks to Michael and the ASUS team, my laptop has been fully repaired and returned to me in perfect working order. I really appreciate the way this was resolved and the level of care shown. A stressful situation turned into a very positive experience I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Never buying Asus product again

One year after I bought my Asus gaming laptop out of nowhere Z and X keys stopped working and that was weird considering these are not the keys you use very often but I could live with that, but now W and S keys stopped working completely and this is unbearable, I've tried all the options I could to fix the issue but literally nothing helps so now the last option is probably to bring my Asus gaming laptop to a workshop most likely for a complete replacement of a keyboard or something. This was the first and the last time I've bought an Asus product, never again I cannot recommend Asus to anyone after this very annoying experience. When I searched on the internet about this stuff I noticed that it's not just my laptop model which has these keyboard issues, other models too have keyboards not working relatively short time after buying the product, so the root of the problem seems to be Asus engineering...
