I paid for the shipping, but it took one month to receive my order.
However, even though I provided them with the color code for the part, they sent me the wrong color.

They said, "Return it, and we will cover the shipping cost," but they never paid me back. (Don't trust them!!!!)

Long story short, they wasted three months of my time, and I paid £9 for shipping and returns for nothing!

Bought a Wing mirror cover for my Ford Mondeo recently, Colour matched perfectly and fitting was simple, 10 out of 10.

I ordered a wing mirror shell but after 2 weeks it hadn't arrived. Using their 'CHAT' they said it had been shipped. I emailed a few days later to say it still had not arrived. They posted another one which arrived 3 days later. So although the first one has still not arrived the customer service was good.

The product is excellent but do make sure they use a decent courier if you pay for one and get them to say WHEN it has been dispatched and which carrier. I would use them again.

First class product, great service and delivery, nothing to much trouble price very good.

First order didn't arrive but seller quickly resolved by sending a replacement.

Paid for fast shipping, arrived a week later.

Made sure it was the correct piece for the car, it goes on but doesn't stay on as the clips inside the wing mirror are completely different to the old wing mirror cover.

This company delivered just over a week after the order which as a customer wasn’t fully aware when placing order. It was delivered so company ok to use if you are not requiring a part quickly, even with courier service it takes over a week. Overall ok company just ideally would have preferred quicker.

Ordered a new painted wing mirror on a Monday and received it within 5 days. Paint matched perfectly and looks like original. Awesome service and would highly recommend and wouldn't think twice about using these guys again
