We recently bought a dedicated server and whenever we have some problem in development the staffs were great, in just mins they would respond us back. Also their dedicated servers are affordable and with great performance no doubt.

I bought an vps 6 months ago amd epyc…
I bought an vps 6 months ago amd epyc 48gb ram 8vcore and it was amd epyc 7 they told in offer price it was 1600 but when we bought and setuped panel I made my mc server in that for only 15 players their tps drops till 16 to 12 which had alot of lag I contacted them in ticket but it was closed then one time they accepted and told it was a issue in their hardware then I asked them refund but they declined as their refund policy was only for 1 day but still not I lost 1600Rs.... they told it was amd epyc 7 but it was not even like Intel xeon v2 or v4...

Thanks for the feedback. I'm sorry to hear the performance wasn't what you expected for your Minecraft server.
While we do use AMD EPYC 7 processors, game performance like TPS can sometimes be tricky depending on specific Java setups or plugins. We did have a temporary hardware issue back then, but our team worked to get it sorted as quickly as possible.
Regarding the refund, our policy is limited to the first 24 hours for testing, which is why we couldn't process one so late into the term.

They are blatantly deceiving
I needed a VDS server. I contacted them on Discord. The terms stated unlimited traffic, but it turned out to be 1 TB, which can be reset through support. However, after the traffic limit is reached, the server shuts down and won't turn back on, even after they reset the limit. Support simply closed the ticket without a response. They're reassigning Joy Service. I do not recommend this hosting. i paid 15$.

Network Partnership: Please note that Joy Service is our Network Partner. They provide the infrastructure we use to deliver our services. While they handle the network side, our internal Ateex Cloud team handles your support tickets.
Bandwidth Policy: The TB limit is a security measure we implement to prevent bandwidth abuse across our network. As stated in our terms, we are happy to increase this limit for users who provide a valid reason, provided the request is made through the proper channels.
Ticket Closure: We must be clear that your ticket was closed due to the **use of offensive language toward our team members. While we aim to resolve every technical issue, we have a zero-tolerance policy for verbal abuse. Our staff has the right to close any ticket where professional boundaries are crossed.
We strive to provide a stable environment for all users, but we require that all interactions with our support and partner teams remain respectful.
