Athena was not my first port of call for terminating a bothersome and often increasingly aggressive timeshare management agreement, but ultimately they stood head and shoulders above other legal firms (and the huge number of so-called, but unregulated 'specialists').
Stephen Boyd was down-to-earth and pragmatic using accurate language which allowed me to go back directly to the firm concerned and agree termination with them for myself.
What could have been an unending and inconclusive trail was swiftly turned into a crisp, written outcome on which i can depend of fiture issues arise.

We had a fractional timeshare with CLC. We used Collins Harper to 'exit' the perpetuity contract. Since they liquidated we were inundated with calls giving us details of a register and that we were still listed as owners etc.

A call to Athena Law dispelled all of our fears, giving us facts and lawful explanations. Despite losing money to Collins Harper who apparently did nothing to earn their payment we learnt that we have no lasting commitment to CLC.

Asked a question on their web page about terminating a US timeshare contract. Received a phone call from Martin within an hour or so. He told me that I had three options and explained clearly what they were. One was to engage the firm’s services, but the other two were cost-free options worth trying first.

I was contacted by a 'cold-call' company regarding termination of my timeshare and I had started the process with Arbitration Consultants based in Tenerife by paying £500 deposit towards the £6840 agreement for their services. I could not sleep and emailed Athena through their website at 0300 to request their advice. The next morning Martyn was in touch and told me that I should not be paying anybody for this process and i was far better doing it myself through Club La Costa and RCI. I was very lucky to stop the payment through my bank and cancelling all agreements with Arbitration Consultants. I have now been in touch with the timeshare companies involved and my contract will be terminated shortly. I cannot thank Martyn enough for his rapid response, sound advice and follow-up calls. Well done to him and Athena for their help.

Left a message for a call back regarding a call I had regarding timeshare, they wanted £5000 to make our claim which they said we had, after speaking to Martyn confirmed my suspicious that they are just scam artists
