Order the product. After One month they send me the refill without being clear about increase the price . They never told me the second dose is over double of the price . They charged on the card . Callec the customer service and they don’t care . Terrible ! Now had to dispute. Who wants that?
Actually, no stars. I ordered tirzepitude. Five days later I’m looking for my order. I tracked it. They said two more days. They had the wrong address. I changed it. I fixed it. They had put it in wrong. Two days later still haven’t received it. I look again now they got the wrong apartment number. They put that in wrong. It finally arrived. Maybe nine days later. I’m not quite sure it was hot sitting in the sun. there’s no way I would ever use that medication they sent me it’s supposed to be refrigerated. I opened it up and it wasn’t even what I ordered. They refused to give me a refund I sent it back. I will go anywhere. I have to to report this and get my money back. They told me I would get my money back then they changed their mind. Do not deal with doctors like this.
I've placed many orders however only 1 order ever gave me any issues, the issue was a stuck shipping package for over 3 days without movement and the support team was so helpful, not only did the store team give me the correct numbers to call but the person I did speak to on the phone at the shipping facility really made everything right. I do not wish to order elsewhere after my experience with atlrx, they genuinely cared and I will never forget it. 10/10
Very pleased with the the results of my THCA flower product. Premium grade flower, in all forms; Smell, taste, and effects. 5 stars.

Very pleased, shipping is fast, usually same or next day. I contacted customer service with a few questions before my first order and they were very responsive and informative. The products themselves deserve a million stars, especially the caramels and Cherry Runtz flower.
Very horrible service . Talked to customer service representative and she was even worse than the staff! Totally corrupt management do not go here
Order shipped in 4 days really nice and dank product really good customer service 10/10 would recommend.

I love the product. I would give it a 5 star. However, the Alpharetta store manager is rude to the customers not helpful at all. I have also heard her treating the employees very poorly. I will not go back to the store if she is there. As your reply, I am not a former employee. I have been in your store several times and I like to know people's names. As I said I love your product I still use it. I just don't like some of your employees.

Hello. We strongly suspect this review was written by a former employee who encountered personal issues with management. We're very disappointed that anyone would think this way about us after all the hard work we've put into maintaining a positive environment for customers and employees. I wish I could give no stars. Ordered 14g got 1g. First the shipping was funny, went from ga to ny and I'm the neighboring state. I could forgive that even tho I paid for extra shipping I wasn't mad. Now it arrives and I have paid for what I didn't receive. I'm hoping that this is resolved or I would not recommend using this service at all. A paying customer.
