AtoB is a great company to handle all your company's fleet needs for fuel, oil changes, etc. Getting .10 off per gallon is also a big plus!

A to B is one of the best fleet cards out there. What i love most about it is that you can get savings beyond just fuel utility.

AtoB is a user friendly system that makes it easy to keep up with all of our employees that have company vehicles. From adding and deleting drivers, activating and deactivating charge cards, they really have a fine tuned system to use.

**Our AtoB Fuel Savings Fell Off a Cliff After the First Few Weeks**

We operate a commercial trucking fleet and decided to try AtoB alongside our existing Pilot/Flying J fuel card. Because we have detailed weekly statements from both programs, we recently compared 10 weeks of actual fuel purchases.

What we found was concerning.

When we first started using AtoB, the discounts were impressive. During the June 22–28 billing period alone, our statement showed $387.01 in AtoB discounts. We had individual fuel transactions where the savings worked out to roughly $0.65–$0.85 per gallon.

That certainly got our attention and made the program look extremely attractive.

But then the savings seemed to fall off a cliff.

We performed a 10-week analysis using ONLY diesel purchases. We excluded repairs, tires, merchandise, maintenance, DEF, fees and other non-fuel purchases so the comparison would be as fair as possible.

Over those 10 weeks, our results were approximately:

**AtoB**

* 5,989 gallons of diesel
* $986 in fuel discounts
* Approximately **$0.165 saved per gallon**

**Pilot/Flying J**

* 3,845 gallons of diesel
* $1,165 in fuel discounts
* Approximately **$0.303 saved per gallon**

In other words, despite purchasing considerably more diesel through AtoB, our Pilot/Flying J card actually generated more total fuel savings and approximately 84% greater savings per gallon over the period we analyzed.

What concerns us most is the trend.

AtoB performed extremely well during the first couple of weeks of our comparison. Pilot/Flying J then beat AtoB on fuel savings per gallon for the following eight consecutive weeks.

The most recent AtoB statements were particularly disappointing.

For August 10–16, our AtoB statement showed only **$13.45 in total discounts**.

For August 17–23, it showed only **$14.14**.

Some recent individual AtoB diesel transactions generated only a few cents per gallon in savings, and some generated no discount at all.

Meanwhile, our Pilot/Flying J results during those same recent periods were approximately **$0.34 and $0.28 per gallon in savings**.

I am not accusing AtoB of doing anything improper, because I don't know why this happened. But as a fleet owner, I find the pattern troubling enough that I think AtoB owes customers an explanation.

Why were our discounts so strong when we initially began using the program and then dramatically lower afterward?

Was there an introductory or promotional pricing period?

Did our discount tier change?

Did network pricing change?

Is this simply how AtoB's discounts normally fluctuate by location?

I would genuinely like AtoB to explain it.

We still have our AtoB account and I'm not saying the card has no value. There have been individual locations where AtoB offered excellent pricing. But based on our actual fleet data, we can no longer justify making it our primary fuel card.

At this point, Pilot/Flying J is our default card, and we use AtoB only when the AtoB app shows a clearly better net fuel price at a specific location.

For other fleet owners considering AtoB, my recommendation is simple: **track your actual savings per gallon over several months. Don't judge the program based only on your first few statements.**

Easy to use all across the US, savings are decent as well.

In the beginning when I start off with this company, they were great but on two occasions, I had an incident where a payment didn’t go through that was taken care of the same day because there was a mixup and then they canceled my cards for over a week even after me making the payment, and making the payment on the DUE DATE!!! That was soooo frustrating, and it put my company in a bind for over a week trying to figure things out because after not only making one but two payments they canceled my cards! Mind you I’ve been a member with them since Feb of 2022 and never once missed a payment. And the one payment I missed I paid on the SAME date, the due date and they still cancelled my cards! So that’s why I give 3stars because to me there’s a lack of appreciation for members that have been with them for years

My experience with AtoB is very much rewarding. The cards are easy to work with. If there’s any issues, customer service doesn’t hesitate to pick up the phone when you call, and takes care of the issue right away. Love using this company.

my new card has been a Godsend. I get twice the savings I was use to and I have a handy record of all my fuel use available for when I file my taxes. I only pray that I will continue to receive these savings after my trial period because this platform outperforms any and all the ones I have tried for my business. Thanks AtoB.

Our company has had a good experience using the AtoB fleet card. It’s easy to manage, works at many stations, and keeps our fuel spending organized. One improvement I’d strongly recommend is adding a way for employees to note which project they’re driving to or from, or to upload their receipts directly in the app. Those features would make tracking and documentation much smoother for employers. Overall, it’s a helpful service with room for a few valuable upgrades.

Very nice company to work with I have never had a problem with the App or website. Very easy to sign up and to use. Great for building business credit.
