It's the best fleet card and support is great. I have not had any issues since I have been using them for my fleet needs.

At first, was only able to get the cash account but was able to talk to them and get a credit account with them. Their dashboard is by far sooo much smoother and cleaner than WEX or some of the other fleet accounts. I highly recommend!!!

I love the fuel discounts and customer service is very helpful on the phone or chat. The help through email is a bit more difficult. Otherwise worth it for the discounts!

Easy easy

Misschien goed voor de klant, maar voor de chauffeur niet te vertrouwen. Maand geleden een rit gedaan, waarbij de klant niet kwam opdagen, en toen ik belde werd er gezegd , rit is niet meer nodig. Na een maand heb ik mijn kosten nog niet terug van atob. Ik heb alle bewijs toegestuurd dat ik op locatie was, en telefoongesprek, dashcam beelden en al. Maar hun onderzoek heeft blijkbaar weken nodig, om mij de €50 te betalen waar ik recht op heb, en die de klant overgens ook al had betaald aan atob. Kortom, ik doe nooit meer een rit voor dit bedrijf

They say no hidden fees but there is a fee to start the account then a $3 per card fee, Per Week! I had it for my business for several months and saved nothing. The cards have almost no safety features. Go with WEX, they have been a much better card for me.
Although I will say, the customer service was ok.
