Good overall printer
Good overall printer. Delivery was fast and free. Hassle free start and of high quality.
It does need a few software changes to make it great. It freezes on a pause (M600). Even when it is implemented in the Elegoo slicer making it pretty hard to add captive nuts or magnets to your prints. But hopefully there is a fix soon.

Terrible customer service and lack of respect for your customers
Terrible customer service, charging Australian $139, and then the shipping taking over a week to get here when I could have gone to jaycar down the road to get one last week. And then when I get points as compensation my account in no longer available. Great work not

WE NEED A ITEM CANCEL BUTTON ALREADY
Well it took quite a long time but just released it believe it or not I had not a problem installing every piece understanding how to load generic filament was another story but after a little revision I worked it out other than that maybe a guide on how to get filaments to flush together so that they don't split apart when doing multi-coloured would be helpful we also need the cancer button for multiple items desperately

The PLA cf isn’t as described
The PLA cf isn’t as described, the label on the side just says PLA black, no mention of cf ( carbon fibre) complete ripoff, the CF is the main reason I bought the kit. I think I will stick to AliExpress who have a simple and easy refund method. Very disappointed. Elegoo replied that only black was advised which is correct, if you read the fine print. It is easy to misinterpret the website page as it displays PLA-cf. Expectations mismanaged.
