My order AU407968397 was chasing them 3 weeks for a tracking number or progress of the delivery and they were saying the order is on way to their warehouse but they can't provide a tracking number and then all of a sudden 'our records show it was delivered', no tracking number still provided having to chase for a refund now absolute joke
They packaged my item WITH ZERO BUBBLE WRAP!! The perfume I’ve waited A DECADE to get CAME BROKEN !!!!! Leaked everywhere!!! The caps completely melted from the alcohol and THEY ARE TRYING TO NOT REFUND ME!!!!! This is A SCAM! They do not care about their customers!! Apparently they need our money more than me bc it is THEIR NEGLIGENCE in handling my FRAGILE GLASS BOTTLE that it came broken . OH NOW THEY WANT EVEN MORE PROOF WHEJ I SENT IT ALREADY!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!! Give me my refund???? I have sent sooooo much proof it can saturday! You can see when it was delivered I SENR THE PHOTOS OF PROOF ON SATURDAY WHEN IT ARRIVED. This is so unacceptable and I WILL be going by the real location . This is unacceptable they think they can scam their customers. YOU CANNOT REPLACE MY ORDER soOOOO REFUND ME
A total and complete rip off. The Fragrance Net online store said an item was available, so we went ahead ordered and paid for the item. After over 2 weeks we heard nothing from them. When we contacted them they were not helpful at all and gave us a series of lies about ordering from America. We requested a cancellation and refund. After we made this request we heard nothing from them despite sending 3 more e-mails. Then we received a notice saying the item was being sent after we had stated we wanted to cancel and receive a refund. Their so called customer service standards are non existent, they don't respond to messages and they clearly operate a very incompetent, untrustworthy and improper company. Their business practices are unprofessional, deceitful and unethical. We are forwarding a complaint to Consumer Affairs. NEVER deal with this company.
Please don't buy anything from this website it's a scam. Please I beg you. 😔 You will never receive your order. No one answers the phone. No emails get replied to. It's completely a scam. I don't see how they're still in business.
