As always fantastic customer service and communication not to mention great products repeat customer wish shipping was a little quicker but am willing to wait. pro tip that would make me a 100 percent happy if you put foam spacers to separate the arrows when shipping would have really made me feel as though the product meant something to you because it means something to me my money so a little foam padding wouldn't hurt

It took a while to get here but that is understandable as it is coming from China. What I liked is that the whole way I got regular tracking advice updates and was let know when it got to Australia and then Aus Post took over with the updates but the supplier also kept contact until it arrived. I will buy from you again.

I originally contacted this company to replace a broken bow with another one. What followed was over two months of delays, changing timelines, and poor stock management.

After placing the order, I was repeatedly told the bow would be shipping soon. Each time I followed up, I was given another estimate that it would be arriving shortly. After waiting more than two months, I was finally told that the shipment had arrived — only to then be informed that they did not receive enough stock to cover my order, even though I had already been waiting all that time.

To make matters worse, they could not tell me when more would arrive, which meant there was no clear timeframe after already waiting months.

I was offered two alternative bows, but neither of them were within the same size and specifications as the one I originally ordered. Eventually I had to search their website myself and found something somewhat similar, though it still wasn’t what I originally wanted.

The bow I finally received is fiberglass instead of laminated like the original, and unfortunately it feels slow, heavy, and quite clunky compared to what I ordered.

To their credit, they did send a kids bow and arrows as compensation, but that doesn’t change the fact that the main product I received is not what I originally wanted and the entire process took far longer than it should have.

Overall, this was a very frustrating experience with poor communication and inaccurate stock information, and I would not recommend ordering if you expect accurate delivery timelines.

Product is good and communication and shipping were very good, would be happy to purchase from them again.

Everything went delivery was on time but you loose a star because these silencers don’t work. I put them on and my bow still makes noise they don’t work.
