Your website is not good and ordering process is not good.
Your website is not good - old information, login system not good, didn't receive my order information by email, long wait when I rang, official name of the company is very confusing. However, using Worx product many years. Wanted to buy all garden and power tolls from Worx. However, points mentioned above frustrated me which are easy to fix, I know management will ignore my comments, I probably wasted my time here.

Worx impact driver
Just purchased a Worx impact driver & used it to drive anchor screws into concrete. It was so easy to use & had so much power.
The impact driver is compact & very comfortable in the hand plus the price was very reasonable.

As a long term user of MULTIPLE WORX items & experienced the long term durability of ALL the items, I jumped at the chance of getting a replacement item with 2 Power share batteries so I can continue on with my “good times” only when my trimmer of my now 10 year does let me down

Everything I read about the water…
Everything I read about the water blaster is true. Even better in reality. The battery probably is the only weakness . You really need at least two 20 volt battery’s. Can you use the charger supplied with a 40 volt battery?
