Harassment

I purchased a Rockville keyboard stand on Amazon through audiosavings. It was very damaged and obviously used but not damaged in transit; they just repackaged an item in terrible condition. They would not pay for a UPS pickup despite the fact I do not drive. I had to get it to a UPS at my own expense. Once I had returned it, they called me up on 3 separate occasions to harass me into removing my bad feedback. Guess what? Now I leave it on every website I can.

They Purposely Send You Defective Products

They shipped me a defective product that was completely different from the pictures. There was no ability for me to use it at all.

This item (a part of a bundle) was not something I ever used before so by the time I noticed the product was actually wrong they just told me I should have gotten a warranty.

As if it was my fault the company shipped me the wrong product right out of the box. I don't know about you but when I buy something I actually expect it to come with working parts.

I shouldn't have to babysit for a company who can't do the bare minimum and treat their customers right from the start.

Purchased 8 up-lighting Batteries faulty! wont honor warranty

Purchased 8 up-lighting and the rechargeble batteries it came with were faulty and would not charge well or last more than an hour. This can happen if a rechargeble battery has been left to long without a charge. I contacted Audiosavings within a couple weeks from purchase and when I first used the uplighting at a Wedding and they died... and was told that they would ship me replacements. I paid upfront for shipping and when I followed up was told they were out of batteries at the moment. I let it sit for 2 months and when I followed up this is there reply. (I’m sorry again for the inconvenience, but we do not have stock of the batteries. In my previous message, I had offered a refund for the shipping label charge.

Just to clarify, I am a tech support agent, and I’ve done my best to get you the most I can here. That said, what you’re asking for is outside of our return policy. We also don’t cover shipping to Hawaii. That is always at the customer’s own risk. You are still welcome to send the units in for repair under our policy, but we don’t make changes to policy on a case-by-case basis.) They are not honoring there warranty and ran out the clock... buyer beware!

This company gets a D-

This company gets a D-. They sent me defective equipment. When I attempted to get a refund, I got the complete runaround. Multiple times, they will promise you a refund in 3-5 days, and then apologize profusely when the refund still hasn't processed. I had to get the BBB and Walmart involved. Finally got a refund after three weeks. I wouldn't even consider purchasing anything from this company.

Nothing in stock.

They are selling products through the Walmart Website. I have ordered the Arturia midi keyboard through them twice now, and both times I was called to say it was not in stock and offered me an off brand that was not the same company. First time it was the blue Microlab, then I went back on and saw they had the orange version and tried to order that. Please update the stock on the site to show if you have it in or not!

I have purchased 9 times from this…

I have purchased 9 times from this seller between different sites they use like ebay and amazon for example. 4 of the 9 items came damaged. I get replacements & all 4 replacements are damaged? That's 8 damaged items & this last one I just received smelled like rats in a box. All within a 2 month time period. I called their C/S asking for compensation for so many abnormal screwups. NOPE. Nothing. They won't compensate u even though they keep selling JUNK/CRAP then making excuses about it taking NO accountability but they will take ur money right away. They wanna keep that Didn't even want to exchange Until I said i'd contact BBB plus C/A. Even Sups won't help. They can keep this money. I'm done with their poor C/S Plus lack of accountability. HORRIBLE COMPANY. I just got an email for them now asking me for picture proof yet AGAIN after sending them proof for ever damaged item through there respective website even after knowing this keeps happening Like i am LYING cause i have nothing better to do?? STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They sell u broken down used junk then want to blame U like it's ur fault. They SWEAR they are sending out new items then blame shipping yet these damages show CLEARLY they are either returns that were already damaged and instead of having their quality control CHECK the returns then seeing these should NOT be resold, they just throw it back in the box and sell it to the next person hoping they won't complain and keep it so they can pocket UR money when ur paying for a NEW item, not all this used returned JUNK they keep trying to sell as new. Either that or almost every manufactured item is damaged? This is just ONE Of the 4 items i have had to return 2 times and keep getting damaged junk. Plenty of pics of MORE items. Just showing an example before they TRY make excuses to cover their lies cause they are gonna LIE cause these companies will NOT be accountable and hurt their PROFITS cause profits is at ALL costs, not the customer satisfaction.

BEWARE! Extreme Rip Off and Horrible customer service

Bought on Amazon. Tried to cancel a couple hours later. They would not cancel. They say its already shipped, but UPS says they have not picked up the package yet and its days later now. So they tell Amazon its been shipped but its not actually shipped. They say that I can return it after its been delivered. However its at my cost. My cost to ship something that heavy will outweigh the price I paid, so it would be senseless to ship back. That is however, what they are hoping for. They still get paid! They are so desperate to make money, that this is how they have to do it. Stay away from this place! They are nothing more then con artists in my opinion! Look around at reviews for this company!!!!! Look at reviews on their page on Facebook!

I accidentally ordered two $399 systems…

I accidentally ordered two $399 systems through Amazon. We refused one order and requested a refund. This is one of the biggest shitshows I've ever seen. First, they refunded $144. After a series of exchanges with amazon, they refunded $33 more. It's been many more emails and calls to Amazon and I'm still waiting for the rest and have received multiple bizarre emails from them since. SO BAD!

Horrible experience.

I ordered a product that said it was for the vehicle I have. The item did not fit, so I contacted the company and requested a refund or an exchange. Their website says 30 day refund policy. I contacted them less than 10 days from when I purchased it. They will not response to any of my emails and request. Rob did respond initially, but then nothing else after that. I just wanted to swap out for the correct product that their website says they have. I ENCOURAGE PEOPLE TO SPEND A FEW DOLLARS MORE AND GO THROUGH A REPUTABLE COMPANY.
