I had the Skin Storm medical grade treatment done by Michelle today. Unfortunately, the machine wasn’t working, but Michelle still made it possible for me to receive the treatment. She was able to perform all the necessary steps manually and even gave me a discount afterward. The service was excellent, Michelle is very friendly and informative throughout each part of the process. I can’t wait to have more treatments done by her. My face looks and feels amazing!

Chris truly took his time with me, explaining my treatment thoroughly and even discussing further options that could help with my MS. This was my first time visiting the clinic and what a welcome I received. All the staff are so bubbly and smiley it was honestly like I'd been hundreds of times. Very professional team. The folk I met were David, Mia and Hannah, and others in passing. Everyone very helpful and relaxed. Friendly atmosphere. Busy day, but still calm and polite. Great consultantation with Mia, who was able to advise and educate me on what I thought i needed against her professional opinion. No pressure sell. Highly recommend.
