Terrible quality. Really poor quality. It’s a shame because people buy the clothes because their style. If somebody is smart, they should make the same clothes that are better quality and make a lot of money.

I only had to see their "contact" tab at the bottom and, with no U.S. address or phone number, and reading their review policy, I knew and didn't venture forward with a purchase. Sad more folks don't read reviews.

Dear all , my son bought a hoodie from aulement...it was tooooo big, I asked to return but ... then no answer anymore,,,,,DON¨t BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE...they will cheate you....I´m open to explain to anyone...I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!.....

I bought two pairs of boot and they sent me the wrong sizes. I contact them via email for the return or exchange.
they only replied once asking what the problem was with the boots and have ignored every email I sent since then.

Me llegó un producto que no era y literalmente te ignoran para no hacerse responsable de la devolución, otro sitio de estafas, el otro producto que pedí fue un calzado con una talla que no correspondía a la de la web.
Got a wrong item and they have been ignoring me to avoid the refund.
The other item that I bought had a different size than the website says.

You can read my previous review about the late delivery no advice or even the decency of a notice from Aulemen. When the merchandise finally arrived it's condition was even more shockingl! The shirt had damaged fabric in 2 places, permanent creases on one side of it, the fabric labels were TORN OUT of the shirt and the washing instructions were cut off. On top of this the merchandise wreaked of cigarette smoke. The item was shipped from China to the UK in damaged single thickness plastic bags!! When I asked to return it the company told me to send it back to them and they would refund the money. Unfortunately the postage to china was more than the shirt cost which Aulemen is well aware of. Luckily the purchase was on Paypal who stands behind their loyal customers and Paypal refunded 100% of my money. Bravo Paypal! NEVER AGAIN AULEMEN!

Poor quality products, make it very difficult to return, do not make promised refunds and then ignore your chasing emails. AVOID!

I got my first hoodie from them,and i can say-its totally cool thing 😊 Im really impressed,about quality and how it feels on body. Very good material,real black color with nice print on the sleeve ;) looks good. About size - im 173 cm of height,and
my weight is 70-71 kg. Waist is 87-87 cm. And i get S size,and as you see,it fits perfect for me. I mean- not buggy or boxy,and not too small,have a little room inside )) Thought about M,but its very loose for me,very big.. Dunno,why so big

Bought a jacket which I ordered in xxl but came in small size. The jacket looks nothing like the photo.
Ive asked for a full refund and co only prepared to give 50% refund and tellung me to keep their poor quality item. I refused now theyve gone quite. It appears to be a dodgy co with poor customer relations. Stay away !!!

Prodotto cinese completamente diverso dalla presentazione del sito. Al momento della richiesta di reso ti invitano a tenere il prodotto proponendo il 50% del rimborso e poi spariscono non rispondendo più alle mail.

This store is a scam. The clothes come from China with the worst quality you can imagine.
I bought a men's shirt here and it was simply horrible. After sending emails every day for a month, I managed to get them to give me directions to return the product (they were always offering me other products from them). I finally sent the shirt - Attention: I had to pay for shipping. €15 shipping to a destination in China with a tracking number. I sent them an email with the tracking number and they never responded. 5 months later I continue to send emails asking for my money to be refunded, but I still haven't gotten a response. Be very careful with this online store!!!

Another useless brand label. ZERO after sales service. why, of why, can't sales team return messages. no more purchasing from the brand. ufff.

Thieves. Low quality products and make you go crazy to avoid refund. Don't buy there.
