Responded very promptly to my problem and got it solved.

When I had mistakenly thought I didn't get part of my order, I inquired about it. You folks responded right away indicating you were shipping me what I thought I was missing. When I discovered the order was correct, I emailed you telling you that I was mistaken and you could cancel that and if it's too late to stop the second shipment, I will be happy to pay for it. You responded by saying it's shipping anyway and not to worry about it. That truly is amazing!

The customer service team is excellent. Quick and efficient.

Within 10 minutes of my contact to them, I not only received the answer but a solution to fit my needs.

I believe I sent at lease three emails to customer service about the product where made, where shipped, didn’t receive a tracking number , any idea when will it being delivered.
