Acquistato un visore multimediale, ormai è passato più di un mese, non spediscono nulla.. truffa!!

SCAM: If I could give it 0 stars I would.
This is a CHEAP camera, I got a “cheap one” off Amazon for £20 and it’s exactly the same.

This took weeks to ship (from China may I add) even after I emailed to say it was meant for my wedding, and after I realised it was not going to arrive in time. They said they can’t return but they will send me a refund of 50%

And then of course, no further correspondence and no refund what’s so ever.

It’s a complete scam with FAKE advertising. If you want a cheap little camera that doesn’t work this is the company for you 😅

Absolute rip off.

Camera is not worth it, the quality of the photos taken is very poor and the battery has a very short life. The 'after care' team is appalling and the promise of a refund was clearly given to try to fob off an unsatisifed customer. ZERO communication from them in follow up to their initial email. Its the old adage, if it seems to good to be true it probably is.

Scam Company – Avoid at All Costs

This company is a complete scam. They send you a product that looks nothing like what they advertise—cheap, low-quality junk that isn’t worth a fraction of the price. When I tried to return it, they expected me to pay out of pocket for shipping. I eventually settled for a 25% refund, which is still more than the product is worth.

It’s now been over a month, and I still haven’t received that refund. They ignore messages, drag things out, and clearly have no intention of making things right.

This is dishonest, fraudulent business practice. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money or your time. They don’t even deserve a 1 star.

This company is a scam. I bought 3 cameras.I sent them back within 30 days unopened. They decided to keep my money and now are ignoring my emails.

Don't trust them. They are crooks.

Not the camera they promised. Can’t even see the photos you take. The settings they recommend aren’t even available on the camera. Feels like a toy it’s SUCH BAD QUALITY. They offered me 25% refund because they ‘ship from Canada’ so can’t refund the full price as I have to cover return shipping. Scam.

I would give a zero. We got a notice that our address was incomplete ( not true) tried calling purolator - the shipping number is invalid. Please watch where you make purchases. Cutting our losses in case they phish for more info.
** UPDATE 24 hours later delivery was made- no signature required- no phone call- we made one email and the above review because something was suspicious. Have not used it yet- will update further

Took forever to ship and when finally came, the camera turned out to be lower quality than a child’s toy camera. Wasn’t expecting professional quality for the price, but still really disappointed as the advertised pictures were way different than this.

The camera came after 2-3weeks of ordering. It films and takes pictures just like i wanted, its more of a 'older' camera. The sound while watching videos you filmed are not super great but i dont mind it at all!
I got what i wanted, its light, small fits in most pockets, takes pictures and videos just like i want and the price fit me!
Its not for everyone but for me it's perfect!

I got the camera, it worked for 5 minutes while I was still setting it up then the screen just went black as if it fried or something. It felt cheap so I should’ve known, then I asked to return it and they kept giving me other “options” like partial refund. I agreed to the partial refund but then they completely stopped answering my emails. COMPLETE SCAM

Camera was delivered over a month after I ordered it and arrived after my vacation, which was very disappointing. (I live in Germany)
The quality is not what I have expected for the price, it seems VERY cheap.
I have been trying to return the camera for the past couple of days and customer support will not help me!
I am talking to them via email and they keep asking me what the issues with the camera are and sent me instructions on how to use it. I am repeatedly telling them I just want to return it to them and want the refund.
I do not recommend Aura-Cam to anyone!
I would have rather payed a couple euros more and gotten a camera that’s worth the price rather than dealing with this bullsh*t.

Scam, never received the camera and they don’t respond to mail. They have a fake nummer and the adres on the site is not right.

Ho acquistato questa simpatica camera perché vista per caso su Instagram,arrivata dopo circa tre settimane e mi posso reputare molto soddisfatta per il prezzo pagato.
È molto carina,piccola e compatta e la qualità della camera è più che sufficiente per chi come me cerca prodotti di questo tipo per puro svago,nulla di professionale e con quell'effetto retrò/anni 2000.
È sicuramente più "plasticosa" di molte altre,ma ripeto che per il prezzo è più che dignitosa.
Facilissima da usare,effetti molto carini da applicare e caricabile con il cavetto che arriva nella confezione,chiavetta USB inclusa.
Mi aspettavo quasi sicuramente che fosse una truffa,ho voluto tentare comunque ma sono piacevolmente stupita.
Ripeto,è solo per uso sporadico e per foto di qualità "vintage",se cercate macchinette simili ma per foto già di un certo livello NON è assolutamente la scelta adatta.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This is just simply a scam. Never received the camera and they don't respond to my e-mails / DM anymore. Just a waste. Don't buy!
