Auracleaningltd Avis

This cleaning company was an absolute disappointment. We paid for a deep clean before moving into the property, but what we found was nothing close to that. The cleaning was extremely superficial, with dirt, dust, and grime left throughout the flat. It appeared that surfaces had simply been sprayed with Dettol and wiped with a cloth, rather than properly cleaned.

Moving home is already exhausting, and new tenants should be able to arrive knowing the property has been professionally deep cleaned. Instead, we had to spend hours cleaning the flat ourselves after moving in.

Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you are paying for a genuine deep clean, this is not the service you can expect.

Excellent cleaning company, always reliable, have been using them for 3 years. Have never let me down even for last minute cleans. Highly Recommended.

Aura Cleaning provided me with an immaculate and timely carpet clean for my 1 bedroom flat. The professionalism was outstanding throughout the entire process. The staff were extremely friendly and polite. Great value for money and will definitely be using their cleaning services again! Thank you Aura Cleaning

I was recommended Aura Cleaning and I will be keeping their details for future reference. Delightful people to deal with, they did an amazing job cleaning a flat for me at short notice. We have very happy tenants as a result. The clean was superb. I have no hesitation in recommending them, in fact I can't recommend them highly enough! Thank you Aura Cleaning.

Aura Cleaning Ltd. worked amazingly professional and in a timely manner. They cater to all our needs and the entire process was a smooth one. Will definitely look forward to contracting them for future jobs.

Have used Aura Cleaning on a number of occasions, both myself for my home & also my mum. Always happy with services received from deep bathroom cleaning, Kitchen, living area to an overall general clean. Easy to book & reliable

The estate agents I work for use Aura cleaning for our end of tenancy and pre-tenancy cleans, and they always do a great job. Therefore I decided to use Aura cleaning for my end of tenancy clean at my own flat. The cleaner did a brilliant job, and I had great communication from Stephanie in the lead up to the clean being done. Thanks Aura cleaning!

I Highly recommend Aura cleaning.
I’m a busy working mum with 3 messy boys so a cleaning service is essential in my household.
They are fast, efficient, reliable and professional.
I’ve recommended Aura cleaning to two of my friends and they were really pleased with the service they received too.
Keep up the good works guys!

Vanessa and her team were amazing! Communication was seamless, and the apartment looked amazing after the end of tenancy clean. They went above and beyond, taking extra care and precaution during the pandemic. I was so anxious and they really put me at ease. Highly highly recommend Aura.

I have been using Aura Cleaning for over 4 years and I can’t recommend it highly enough!! Amazing customer service and there always happy to help. Cleaners are very polite, trustworthy and don’t mind doing the clean a certain way when asked. Life savers! Each time I noticed a new section (which I would’ve never thought needed tidying), cleaned to perfection. 😍 Thank you so much for being consistent!

As a landlord of 20 years+ I can recommend Aura Cleaning with confidence. They perform a very professional job and are very willing to return if there are any issues. I use their company for all my properties & have recommended them to others.
