What an amazing experience, Arda has been fantastic from the beginning answering all my questions and putting me at ease I chose this clinic because Arda was so helpful and understanding.
I have had no problems had all teeth removed bone graft and sinus lift and all on 4 implants I have fixed temporary teeth which are fantastic and looking forward to returning in February for the next part and final part of getting my dream smile I would recommend Aura Smile 129%

The staff were great, which made the whole process alot easier, they kept me informed of everything that was happening which puts you at ease from day one.. An overall great experience and would recommend them to anyone thinking of doing this.

Very good service lovely people no problems whatsoever

From my first message about treatments to me returning home was daunting as I suffer from anxiety. I'm so glad i did. My transfer was waiting at the airport and took us straight to the hotel ( Awen ). Bed and breakfast was included. The hotel was very clean and tidy and the staff were helpful. The breakfast was weird, vegetables and pasta!!! I had yoghurt, pancakes, eggs and omelette which were very nice. Transfers from hotel to studio were spot on, always on time, nice cars and polite drivers. I got a text every night to check i was ok and to give me my pick up time for the morning. There were about 4 or 5 visits. It was also very clean and tidy, well staffed and free drinks while waiting. When i finally got to the end of my treatment which was 22 crowns, 1 bridge and 1 filling, i looked into a mirror and just smiled, a proper smile with my mouth open, i hadn't done that for years! It was the best i hoped for and I'm so very glad i did it and for choosing Aura Smile. Thankyou to all the staff that played a part in my journey, you were all brilliant.

Having been apprehensive about going through with my all on 6 both arches, here I am 3 weeks on and no pain at all, at any point throughout. And I mean no pain. Then we get to the team members at Aura. I cannot speak highly enough about every single one of them. ‘Can’ specifically looked after me organising the visits, the transport, flights and hotel. I literally had to turn up and basically do nothing. Before, during and after you cannot beat this top level team! I’m actually looking forward to coming back in the new year for my permanents and especially to see ‘Can’ and the team. Top level service with understanding, empathy and reassurance. I have already recommended Aura and have no hesitation in doing so to anyone. Brilliant, just brilliant

We're just back from Antalya,
2 visits over 3 month period, all new teeth for my hubby, thought it would be a long hard process But I was wrong, it was effortless thanks to our coordinator ARDA & all the staff , ARDA sorted everything out from airport pick ups to hotel , from hotel to appointments and back again, Hotel Awen was fabulous, spotless & staff very accommodating, 5 min walk to beach & lovely balcony which is what l asked Arda for so thanks Arda 🙂
Arda was at the end of our phone all the time night & day & boy did l ask alot of questions 😀 sorry Arda 👋
It made the whole experience very easy

I only accompanied my hubby on trip as support & wasn't charged a cent for hotel or breakfast, Just flights

Only been for one visit and looking forward to having the dental work done in January .So far so good had 2 implants the staff very good .No pain the accommodation and communication throughout my treatment was excellent

I honestly can not recommend this dental clinic highly enough! From the moment I walked through the door I was made feel so welcome and even tho I have a awful fear of the dentist in general I was made to feel comfortable and at ease by every member of the Aura team especially my wonderful coordinator Ece she was an absolute star..🥰 Over all the staff were caring, professional and genuinely lovely people!

The clinic itself is brilliant it’s modern, clean as soon as you walk through the doors you can really tell they care about their patients and take pride in what they do. The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional!

I would recommend Aura Smile dental clinic to anyone looking for a clinic they can trust to give you an amazing experience and have you leaving looking 10/10

I can’t fault this company . I was absolutely terrified coming to turkey to have my teeth done but the communication I received from aura smile was amazing . The staff and the clinic was lovely very clean gave me a full run down of my procedure to make sure I knew exactly what was being done e on each day . I was picked up in luxury transport after having my surgery the care and compassion from my coordinator was outstanding didn’t want me to return back to my hotel until she was satisfied I was ok . Would I recommend this clinic 100% can’t wait to return for my finals in January

Avoid this place at all cost. First implant cracked , second one fell out, 3rd one they on top of infection . No medical assistance and denial of infection, been to hospital and now implants have to be removed due to their medical negligence so stay away From this or you will suffer

My coordinator Onur has been great he has answered any questions I had quickly and honestly.
The whole experience has been seamless and trouble free
The surgery itself was pain free and the healing period was also.pain free.
They have listened to my needs and taken all.into account and my final prosthetic is exactly how in visioned it to be.

My husband and I went to aura smile studio after seeing the amazing results of our family. Onur was extremely helpful and got our flights booked and accommodation so we didn’t need to do a thing. The hotel was luxurious and the food was perfect. Onur arranged transfers, taxis and supported us through our treatments. I was planning on having crowns but needed implants instead. Onur and the team supported me through a full 28 tooth extraction, placement of arches and have helped me get my flights and hotel booked for my return visit in December. I can’t wait to go back because the process has been so easy. The whole team at Aura Smile Studio cannot do enough to help you. Looking forward to completing my treatment and having a whole new smile.

I thought I’d done my research enough when choosing Aura Smile Studio but it was the biggest mistake I could have made.
It’s taken me 7 months to talk about my experience with them and the trauma I have experienced both emotionally and physically.
I should have gone with my gut feeling when arriving at the clinic to see it had no name above the door or anywhere inside. It was just a shared dental premises.
I was booked in February for implants and crowns. Upon arriving my treatment was changed, the initial quote changed - implant brand too and I was told I needed to have implants on the bottom row also. The price increased by £2400 and they wanted an additional 2k on top of the first payment.
My problems there started on day 2 where I was fitted with temporary fixed dentures. Besides the fact they were a creamy yellow colour they were huge, much too big for my mouth, I couldn’t even talk without them banging together. I straight away said I could not have these fitted in my mouth for 6 months. The prosthodontist who had fitted them was horrible, he told me to smile, I tried to smile but I had bruising and swelling from the surgery the day before. When trying to smile he said ‘Don’t smile then!’ And stormed off. I literally was in tears, I couldn’t believe after the trauma of having all of my teeth removed and spending all of that money that I was spoken to so disrespectfully and unprofessionally. I obviously complained about his attitude to the girls ( co-ordinators ) and told them I was leaving. They told me they would speak to him, I sat there and waited. I received no apology for his rudeness. Eventually I was told they would make me ( reluctantly ) a second set which would be whiter and smaller and that the original surgeon would fit them so I didn’t have to see the prosthodontist again.
The following day I was fitted with better fitting temporaries. They weren’t great but I could at least talk without banging my teeth together. After having them fitted I was told they wanted to remove them again as they weren’t happy with them and they wanted to put the first ones back in again, I absolutely couldn’t have those back again. What they should have done is measured my mouth again and had a third set of correctly fitting temporaries but they wouldn’t do that. They tried to force me to sign a waiver in which I refused to do. I wasn’t seen after this, a fit to fly note was dropped at my hotel even though I hadn’t gone in for a final check up. My bruising and swelling was so severe that at the airport they initially wasn’t going to let me fly home.
After coming home, I obviously expected pain, but for over 6 months I experienced pain & discomfort and constant infections due to the temporary teeth being higher on one side which caused severe bruxism which in turn aggravated the implants on that side so much so that I ended up with green puss coming out of the gum around an implant. I told my coordinator multiple times over months I was in pain and had swelling and was always told it was normal. I even had a ct scan 4 months after surgery and they said that the implant which was constantly aggravated was failing. At no point did they arrange to see me. Not surprisingly I ended up in hospital with the infection and was told I needed to get the implant out asap. Due to the severe lack in aftercare I finished my treatment with another clinic who have been amazing. The difference in how I have been treated has been night and day.
Anyone considering having dental treatment in Turkey needs to fully do their research as it’s not only your teeth it’s your life that’s in their hands and if there’s no aftercare given then you’re on your own. Please read ALL of the reviews especially the negative ones. I am now taking legal action for negligence against Aura Smile Studio. My advice also do not pay all in cash, make sure you are covered by a credit card even though they charge 10% on top for ‘fees’. I had to demand a receipt for the cash I had paid.

I had my teeth done last week. Started on Monday all done by Thursday (didn't need implants/extractions). From initial contact with Onur right through until the end they kept me informed of each procedure. The staff were great, making sure I was ok.
This place was spotlessly clean.

I cannot thank these people enough from start to finish. Fahri was amazing explaining stuff properly always kept intouch through journey I took . The staff always on point there to help in anyway possible the dentist was amazing words can’t explain how happy I am.. so if anybody out there is thinking on getting work done AURA SMILE number one

Still only at half way stage so maybe that's why I've had No paperwork stating what I had done n what I paid for.
Not a problem.
But I've had absolutely NO aftercare, not 1 message or call to see how I'm getting on with my temporaries or how I'm doing. Think it a bit rude, once they get your money they done with you. They may be busy with new customers but they nonstop messaging before you go there.
But on the plus can't wait to go back n get the finished product.
