Aura Smile Studio Avis 

I was so apprehensive to have this treatment done, but choosing Aura smile was absolutely the right thing to do…. I Definetly made the correct choice. My coordinator was Fahri, he is a top guy, he was responsive to all messages and kept me updated all the time. I had all on 6 top and bottom, and after 6 months of healing I returned for my new smile and that’s exactly what I got. The dentist was so attentive and listened to all my concerns and we worked together to make sure it was perfect.
Special shoutout to Ece who was by my side throughout all my treatment she is a star. Thank you Aura smile we met as strangers and left as friends thank you!

From start 2 finish it was a total nightmare, first visit i was quoted a price with no hidden costs, only 2 b informed upon my arrival that the cost had now gone up by over a £1000. This happened 2 a number of clients whilst I was there. I decided 2 look elsewhere and left only 2 b followed by the owner asking me 2 come back in and that they would honour the price that was stated before I come. Reluctantly I agreed but made them itemise everything and made them sign the paperwork. Then I was rushed in and all my teeth taken out, without a break or anything, all they did was talk in Turkish and did not answer any of my concerns, all together over the 6 days I was there 3 different dentist worked on my mouth, they put fixed temps in my mouth and 2 days after returning home the bottom one's became loose and came out. This was due 2 the implants being incorrectly put in. So they told me 2 come back, so more cost 2 me airfare and spending money. When I got there they told me that an implant had failed didn't fit a new 1 just sent me home without any protection 4 my lower jaw or implants all i had was fixed temps on my upper jaw. So now on my third visit was told that I would b going home with my final teeth. On returning 2 the clinic the 3rd time as the dentist was pulling out my caps a implant came away with it ,his response was this has never happened 2 me before, so now 2 implants had failed due 2 there incompetence. So he fit another 2 implants only 2 b told that I would need 2 come back a 4th time, as u can imagine I was quite angry 😠. Also I must say this when they gave me a final price at the start of this process they told me not 2 say anything 2 the other clients simply because they where inflating everyone's prices also they where overheard speaking about adding things that patients didn't need 2 get more commission 1 client was charged £1200 for a titanium bar, shocking. So I went home very unhappy and certainly made them aware of this, I decided that I wasn't going back, but a few months on i decided that they wouldn't get away with how they had been. So I made contact booked a flight and back over I went. They assured me that they would upgrade my hotel but on arriving at my hotel it was a completely different 1 to what was stated, so I contacted the owner and told him in no uncertain terms that I would get the first plane back and deal with it legally when I get back home and that I had documented everything from the very first visit. Within 15 minutes they where at the hotel, they upgraded me 2 a 5 star all inclusive hotel which I accepted and they promised me I would b happy and going home with my final teeth. I was at that dentist every day mostly all day so no time to relax again they where ignorant and rude, finally I got my final teeth, wasn't the shade of white I asked 4 even though they where adamant that they where, I had 2 walk a few hundred yards 2 another dentist who was brilliant he offered to take a look and exray me free of charge and that he would b honest and tell me if they where ok.
After my checkup and x-ray he told me that they where ok. I just wanted 2 now get back 2 the hotel and forget about Arua 4 the rest of my life, I made sure 2 get my implant passport which they never offer unless u ask 4 it because without it no other dentist will touch u that's y they never tell about it. I will never go back to them never and I honestly suggest u all look elsewhere dont b fooled by the pictures and testimony s. Look at other countries there is far better out there.
U asked 4 more clarification let me spell it out 2 u.
1, first visit tried 2 inflate the price luckily I kept all my WhatsApp messages. Rushed through the process all teeth removed sinus lift, bone graft, and implants all within 3 hours without a break, hotel was certainly not luxury food disgusting every morning food 4 breakfast was covered in flys, everybody used the local shop 2 eat and drink, sent home with fixed temps. 2 days later they fell out, this was due to implants being put in wrong, not my words but a Liverpool dentist that i know.
2nd visit waste of time and money checked me over didn't find out anything sent home without lower fixed temps.
3rd visit told 1 implant had failed then when the dentist was taking out my pins another implant came out, those were the 2 that was not put in right in the first place, 2 new implants put in fixed temps put back in told they would c me before i fly home but I was not sent 4 this happened everytime.
4th and final visit. Problems from start 2 finish, they made me feel like that they didn't want me there took them the full week 2 sort out my finals still wasn't happy with them sort another dentist 2 take a look he was brilliant xrayed me and checked the teeth said they where ok but told me that they had used the cheapest make, again they lie 2 patients telling us that they use the best make. I suggest 2 all get them checked u will not b happy then.

Aurasmile are by far one of the best clinics.
After contacting alot of clinics, I came back to my first port of call, Aurasmile who treated me like a close friend.

Ive just finished my treatment, what a journey it has been. Im so happy with my final result and I cant thank Arda, Can and Aura Smile enough. Love my smile and would highly reccomend anyone thinking to get this done to just go for it, you will not regret it. One very happy man right now

Excellent service and an amazing finished job. Arda has taken such good care of me from the initial contact, messaging, phone calls etc. He's never too busy to reply.

The clinic is world class, immaculately clean and modern and the dentists and surgeons are amazing and so friendly.

The co ordinators are brilliant. Bringing drinks, pain relief and anything else you need to keep you happy and comfortable

Can was my contact throughout the whole process, was always there on the other end of the phone to help any issues.

My 3 month journey has now finished at aura smile and the result has been fantastic from the initial consultation and first appoint in January ro my final fitting everything has been 5 star from the service expecting and delivery of promises made I have now a smile and can be proud of and the self confidence in which ot brings my special thanks go to Arda who has kept me up to date with appointments and general conversation about my journey and also Asli and Ece who have there at every appointment

Ive just got back from my first visit after having all on 6 arda my co ordinator is absolutely fantastic he was always there to answer any questions I had day or night he knew how nervous I was and even came in the room with me until I had my iv sedation. There all a fantastic team that really put you at ease. Ive had very minimal pain it was no where near as bad as what I thought. Thank you to everyone at aura smile you are all fantastic people

What an experience. From start to finish through my experience this team goes far and beyond any expectations. From my coordinator barry to the driver mustafa and both the girls ece and asli what a pleasure they were to deal with. At first I was nervous but the team from coordinators to dentists they have taken great care of me, reassured me and put me at ease. My coordinator was Arda who was with me every step of the way . Nothing I asked seemed to be any problem .I would definitely recommend Aura Smile.

I came here for my first visit back in January I'd done about 6 months of research and came across Aura smile studio antalya turkey messaged them and was connected to Honor a coordinator told them what i wanted they messaged me a price organised the flight and hotel all good first visit to Aura was met by two youn ladies ece and asking both very knowledgeable and caring they looked after through the whole process implants done back home three months later back and had the process finished again well looked after by the team very reassuring i was a bit nervous at times but all was well i recommended Aura smile studio i your thinking of having new teeth these are the best people to contact
