Just another bunch of despicable scammers.

Don't even try to order because they'll just take your money and never send you what you ordered.

The emails are pure rubbish, the say your order is on the way but 6 WEEKS later still nothing.

These scammers need to be wiped off the face of the earth!

Absolute rubbish! No change in skin colour, I've been emailing back and forth but now am expected to pay the shipping return to USA!! RUBBISH COMPANY and crap customer care. AVOID!!

I am kicking myself that I didn't see these reviews before buying, I think I must have found a different company. Like everyone else I have found this cream to make no difference whatsoever to the colour of my legs. A complaint to the company results in a polite request to send photos of the product and I just know that they are going to follow the well worn pattern of other bogus Chinese companies, and will wriggle out of refunding. I have issued a demand for the refund of my payment, as the product is not fit for purpose (using the wording my credit card company recommends) and if I don't get a satisfactory response, they will extract the money from this company.
If you are considering buying this "miracle tanning cream" just don't!

A company called Auratan UK have requested that I remove this review. My review (& I think many others here) are for an Aura self-tan lotion marketed by a company called Materna. If you Google Materna Tanning Reviews you get directed to this page. If it is indeed the wrong company these reviews must be very upsetting.
I have asked Trustpilot to investigate.

Waited ages for this product don’t tan don’t cover spider veins used for 2 weeks the money back guarantee is fake so is the product disappointing but gullible to

I am contacting you regarding my recent order, which finally arrived after a significant delivery delay and several unanswered emails.

Unfortunately, when I opened my parcel, I discovered that the 2x exfoliator I ordered was missing. Instead, I received a2 x OceAura Strawberry Matte Cream, which I did not order.

Please arrange for the exfoliator I paid for to be sent to me at no additional cost.

I am also disappointed with the tanning product. I followed the application instructions carefully, applying it to clean, dry skin and leaving it to develop overnight, but I can see little to no colour development. I have done this twice now with no results

After waiting so long for my order, receiving no replies to my previous emails, and then receiving an incorrect item, I am very disappointed with my experience.

Please confirm that you will send the missing exfoliator and advise me what you propose regarding the tanning product that has produced little to no visible result.

I would appreciate a prompt response.

As with other reviews, does not work

Don't buy this product. If it looks too good to be true ..... It doesn't cover thread veins. It also - bizarrely for a self-tan product - doesn't tan. Not even a tiny bit. The hype the product gets is nonsense. I've asked for a refund - as per their 'no risk' policy. Doubt I'll get it.

Cream goes on well. But the smell isn't very strong. Could smell stronger. Get a good colour from this cream
