Hello,
I am contacting you regarding my recent order, which finally arrived after a significant delivery delay and several unanswered emails.
Unfortunately, when I opened my parcel, I discovered that the 2x exfoliator I ordered was missing. Instead, I received a2 x OceAura Strawberry Matte Cream, which I did not order.
Please arrange for the exfoliator I paid for to be sent to me at no additional cost.
I am also disappointed with the tanning product. I followed the application instructions carefully, applying it to clean, dry skin and leaving it to develop overnight, but I can see little to no colour development. I have done this twice now with no results
After waiting so long for my order, receiving no replies to my previous emails, and then receiving an incorrect item, I am very disappointed with my experience.
Please confirm that you will send the missing exfoliator and advise me what you propose regarding the tanning product that has produced little to no visible result.
I would appreciate a prompt response.
