Habe eine sehr schöne Uhr Bestellt, ich muss sagen am Anfang war ich sehr skeptisch und unsicher aber als sie angekommen ist war ich überwältigt einfach Mega TOP Qualität sehr sehr gut einfach Mega kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Mehrfache Anfrage beim Service blieben/bleiben unbeantwortet! Die 5 Sterne hier kann ich nur anzweifeln.

They were very good at working with me to make exactly what I had requested. I appreciated their custom sizing and help in choosing the right metal.

After purchasing an engagement ring from Aurelius in 2023, I returned regarding a fitting bangle for my now wife.
Nadya and I, aided by the gold smith's expertise, discussed several custom designs and eventually we settled for the one you see below.
From start to end, Nadya answered several questions fast, reliably and friendly and was open for all my wishes and ideas.
Similar to the engagement ring, the bangle I received is crafted very carefully and I properly adore it.

I have randomly found this place by googling moss agate. I have been looking for months in both UK and France for this stone and it was near impossible to find something with that. I have messaged the contact form with a request for a customisation (none of the rings on the website matched what i had in mind). Nadya was super helpful and confirmed quickly that it could be done, provided a price (much cheaper than i thought!) and an estimated delivery time (the ring arrived a lot earlier!).

I was given the opportunity to choose my stone, which gave an extra personal touch, and i got a rendering of the ring.

P.S. There are option to pay in multiple instalments too!

Aurelius was a pleasure to deal with during the purchase of my engagement ring and ring was beautiful. I had ran into an issue with a local jeweler misidentifying a stone on the ring when I went to get it resized. When I brought my concerns to Aurelius while waiting on additional tests, Aurelius was quick to respond, and acted both professionally and compassionately towards myself and the situation. They performed due diligence on their end to allay my concerns, and ultimately the further testing proved the initial results from the local jeweler were incorrect. Big shout out to Nadya and Samo for all of the help.

I ordered a custom-made engagement ring and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The communication was super professional and very responsive - I was a bit late and in a hurry, but they still managed to deliver on time (we were flying to Rome). Honestly one of the best customer experiences I ever had! Nadya reacted via e-mail and instagram to all my annoying extra requests so quickly and sometimes at such unconvenient hours of the day. Really impressive! The shipping was quick, tracked and even though we had to change delivery country last minute, very easy.
The ring itself is beautiful! The stones (which I could choose myself out of a variety of stone patterns) look very well crafted. I can't say much about the quality of the stones itself, as I have no experience in the field, but I have no reason to believe, that they are not real, natural diamonds as advertised.
I was a bit skeptic at first, ordering a ring online in this kind of price category, from an unknown foreign jeweler. But now I highly recommend Aurelius to everyone I know. And probably will order more jewelry here in the future.

I ordered a ring for my engagement, it was perfect, exactly as shown in the pictures, and quickly delivered too. Being able to choose the stone from a selection was a nice touch, I really enjoyed being involved in that way.
Also, the package was thouroughly protected, so the box was mint on arrival. Very good experience overall !

Looked around for a long time trying to find an engagement ring. Stumbled upon Aurelius and I really liked their designs. I reached out via email and they were extremely responsive. They are on the other side of the world but would email me back within a couple hours every time. We worked on a custom ring design and they were quick to provide mock ups and we settled on a design. Ring arrived in 4 weeks and everything went very smoothly. I also bought a stone separately and had them make the ring to the dimensions. Stone fit perfectly and the ring came out fantastic. Overall I would recommend them and will likely buy from them again.

Fabulous! this is how I can describe my experience with them. I was in a rush, because I wanted an engagement ring for one specific date (less than 2 weeks) and I explained to them the case... From the very beginning they provide a quick conversation channel answering so quick with everything, and because of the date I was searching for a ring already done at the beginning, but finally, they told me that they could achieve the goal to do one for me, the one that I wanted. In 8 days the ring was done and received at my home in Spain, accomplishing the times. The quality is fabulous! and is all what I wanted! for sure, 100% recommended! they are amazing! thank you for everything! :)

Everything was excellent. I was sceptic at first to order a ring from a website without seeing it in person. Nadya was so responsive and polite on chat that I thought she is a chatbot. I found images of rings that I would like to replicate for my girlfriend and they made it perfect. Of course as any man in history, I didn't pick right size of ring, they resized it very quickly and sent it back to me. I am not even from EU, everything was very polite, nice, perfect ring, fast delivery.
