We had a minor delay in shipping but was kept up to date with new shipping information. The product in itself was high quality. The packing was thorough No damage. I am looking at some other items to purchase. Definitely would purchase from them again even with some delays in shipping the item arrived just as advertised and high quality.

I have had the best experience with this company. A very lovely woman by the name of Chloe searched high and low for a purse for my daughter for her birthday. It was the only thing she wanted, and Chloe made it happen. I would recommend this company to anybody and make sure you ask for Chloe because her customer service is superior to anybody that I have dealt with in the retail industry. I was looking for a particular wallet for a while now and couldn’t seem to find it anywhere. I left a message with a description of what exactly I wanted and Chloe got back to me that same day with a picture of the Wallet I had been wanting for years now. I was so pleased with the ordering process and how I was kept informed about my item until it reached me.

Worth the wait and price
People complain that it takes a long time for their purchase to arrive but I felt like it was a reasonable wait for a good product. Reassuring to have a staff member to connect with and maintain updates. I love my bag and it’s exactly what I expected it to be. Worth the wait and price point!
