De trui claimt van wol te zijn, mmaar is van polyester. De kwaliteit is abominabel. Het bedrijf reageert niet op mails.
Niets bij bestellen zo een spijt dat ik trustpilot niet heb geraadpleegd akvorens te bestellen.

Antakelig det elendige firmaet som jeg handlet av som bare har endret litt på navnet sitt. Stygge klær, ligner ikke på bildene. Får seint svar fra kundeservice, som prøver å forhindre at man returnerer varene. Ikke handle her!

you pay to ship the item back because its shit and nothing like what it is online, has a moth ball smell and stitching is AWFUL
You Report it to the bank and they take the money back out of your account without permission
emails back and forwards for A MONTH now just to get my refund for shipping
I will be reporting these guys immediately to get shut down

Waardeloos bedrijf. Ze verkopen iets, maar blijkt lang onderweg omdat het uit China komt en vervolgens is de kwaliteit waardeloos. Aftersales ook waardeloos, ze reageren nergens op en retouradres is in China en dan stellen ze vraag om artikel te houden met korting van bv 25%, gewoon oplichters!!!!

I would give zero stars if i could. Despite the London branding this is a company based in China which provides cheap goods. Refunds are impossible.

Horrible cheap product. It is NOTHING like they advertise in the pictures. It is a flat, cheap print on ultra thin fabric. It’s not worth $10. Horrible doesn’t even come close the the disappointment in this product experience.

Stay well away from them. I ordered a Christmas party dress well before Christmas & it came from CHINA arrived in January . Also a wool dress that I wouldn’t put in a charity bin. I was told after several emails I could take a 20% discount then a 30% discount. Eventually I got an address in China to return it. Postage cost a fortune so I’m stuck with 2 dresses I will NEVER wear.
Don’t believe anything they tell you.

Dress didn't suit -they guaranteed a return service -have had several emails back and froward asking for customer number, email address and then they wanted a photograph . They finally offered me the value of 15% return as was expensive to post internationally

If you want to wear rags then order from this site. Ordered 2 dresses on 15th December. They arrived 5th January. Received nylon and wool mess. Paid approx 89 euro. If I had paid 8 euro then I would still have paid too much. Bitterly disappointed. Please avoid this site. Scam

Ordered a dress 12/12/25, arrived from China not Aurora Dublin. Dress to small and way to late. Looking for a refund, they want me to choose another garment XL is to small. I paid €52.95. I will pay postage to China and I want a REFUND. If I could leave no stars I would.i have had at Least 8 e-mails full of rubbish. AVOID, AVOID

Ordered a pair of trainers. They took ages to arrive and actually came from China not UK, when they arrived there was two right feet!
Have sent several emails and cannot get a response from customer service.
