Our old site was clunky and slow, so Aussie Branding Solutions began with a full audit and detailed wireframes before moving into design. The worst company I’ve ever worked for…
The worst company I’ve ever worked for we hired them to overhaul our website and make it more productive. Our Sales went from 10 average a week to lucky if we get one, they were rude. Disinterested very disrespectful. Completely unhelpful ruined the look of our already bad looking website, we will never work with them ever and we recommend that you run a mile. Also, they said it would take a week. It took three months.

At no point were we contracted to handle marketing, SEO, or advertising — which are essential elements in generating traffic and sales.
While a professionally built website improves user experience and credibility, it alone does not drive business growth — that depends heavily on marketing strategy. We're always transparent about this distinction, and we work best when there's a mutual understanding of expectations and deliverables.

They are Fraud, don't go for the fake reviews.
We initially chose Aussie Branding Solutions based on their assurances of a refund if we were not satisfied. Despite paying in full, the website remains incomplete, and the service has been unsatisfactory. Multiple requests for a refund have been denied despite previous assurances. The company has been inconsistent in their communication, with each team member presenting different information regarding the refund policy. Proceed with caution.
Be aware, don't pay them in full if you take their service.

Thank you for your response. However, it is misleading to state that we have exploited your services. We were assured by Jeff that a full refund would be provided if we were not satisfied after giving your team a chance. On February 8th, we expressed dissatisfaction, yet the project continued with no substantial progress.
Throughout the process, the team repeatedly failed to follow simple instructions, delivered work with numerous spelling mistakes, and did not present any creative design concepts independently. Despite having to provide direction at every step — essentially guiding them like a baby through the project — nothing has been delivered, not even the files.
In April, Mike contacted us but still failed to provide a definitive completion date. When we raised a refund request on May 8th, Seth then mentioned that we could have received a refund back in January had we shown Jeff’s message. This clearly shows inconsistency in your refund policy and internal communication.
I wish I could share the communication history here to verify these claims, but I am more than willing to provide it through appropriate channels if required.

We take all client feedback seriously, but this review is misleading, factually incorrect, and clearly an attempt to damage our reputation after exploiting our services far beyond the agreed scope.
Let’s set the record straight:
1. This is not our client, it was her pertner who paid a very discounted nominal amount for a basic website — a package that includes a limited number of design iterations and standard development hours.
2.We went above and beyond. When she rejected two of our initial designs (without valid feedback), we involved our senior UI/UX team — free of charge — to create a custom design she finally approved. Over the course of three months, we accommodated hundreds of revision requests, most of which were based on indecisiveness and personal whims, not functionality or design flaws.
3. We even delivered work not in scope, including a custom banner animation/video and image editing — again, without charging extra. At every step, we worked patiently and professionally to meet her ever-changing expectations.
4. Now, after exhausting our resources and completing the work, she is demanding a full refund and wants to keep the website. Additionally, a chargeback has been filed — a move we are contesting. Legal proceedings have already begun as part of this dispute, and all records of communication, approvals, and deliverables have been submitted as evidence.
We are an ethical business with dozens of satisfied clients and a strong portfolio. We do not tolerate baseless defamation or abuse of our team’s time and effort. While we respect all clients, we will not stand quietly when false accusations are made in bad faith.
To any potential clients reading this: we encourage transparency. If you’d like to verify our professionalism and track record, we’re happy to connect you with real clients who can vouch for the quality of our work.
