Aussie Creatives Studio Avis 

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Aussie Creative Designs regarding my website.

My understanding was that I was paying for the website design, and hosting was only raised towards the later stages of the project. When I requested a hosting quote, I was initially quoted $1,500, which was later reduced to $350 after I questioned the cost.

I explained that I had researched hosting through other hosting companies, and that I wanted the completed website handed over so I could arrange my own hosting and manage it myself.

I was then advised that the website was not compatible with other hosting providers and would need to be hosted by Aussie Creative Studio. This was never made clear to me at the beginning of the project, and I do not believe I should have to pay for an additional service that was not part of my original understanding of the agreement just to receive the website I paid to have designed.

Overall, this has been a disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering using this business clarify all hosting costs, website ownership, compatibility with other hosting providers, and handover arrangements in writing before committing.

Absolute scammers , they advertise a $600 website but then charge you $900 for this and $1500 for that . Then when I asked for a refund he said no chance . He advertises as James Allen .. His business needs to be investigated by consumer affairs . He’s scamming lots of people . And I didn’t get a completed website . And keywords I paid for were not added , a complete thief , police should deport this thief . They aren’t Aussie at all . Deport all scammers from Australia

Nothing but problems. Initially we gave them information on what we wanted and they gave us a price. Then they told us we have to pay hundreds more for the website they'd initially quoted. Then they told us that they were the ONLY ones that could successfully host the site at 4 times the price of our prearranged hosting. They also kept telling me that hackers would enter into it if they didn't host it, as they would know the codes it very much made me feel that they would go into our site and tarnish it if we didn't go with them (it sounded like a threat, because I wanted to cut their services)
They had a refund policy if not satisfied, but refused to refund.
I wouldn't trust them.

If I could do a zero star rating I would. No communication, do not listen, do not call to talk about what you are wanting as stated, designs are awful even with guidance, given a design in the end which I put together for them with some aspects wanted changed and even could not do that. Web page was a mess. Asked for full refund and was ignored. Had so many people messaging me who had no idea of messages that had been sent to them. Unprofessional service, dont use

I paid Aussie creatives studio to build me a website. They confirmed the process of the site being completed in 8-14 day's with a turn over of 24 hrs for any revisions. Contact was only made sporadically and with a period of 2-3 day's, a month later still no website. Asked for manager to contact me. With messages and emails keft unanswered for days. I still have no idea who the owner or manger us as they wont tell you. These guys do not have an Australian background. Its in no way "Aussie". They refuse to refund when unsatisfied as they advertise. I am happy to share proof of what's happened but can't attached screen shots. Whole situation woukd have been fixed with a little bit of customer service which this company lack any of.
