Have been very frustrated with our local IT repair people and decided to call a friend in Armadale NSW, who recommended Aussiesoftware, so read up & decided to take a chance and bought Microsoft Office Prof with Outlook. Great way to buy Microsoft software, this was the third time I had used them. I had a little difficulty in loading the software. Shot off and email and had a response within 15 minutes. It was my fault, I did not fully understand what I had to do. On receipt of the reply only another 5 minutes and it was all downloading and I am now fully operational
