Terrible resolution to error in process
Well there was an error from Austin’s side of things and they resolved with discount which couldn’t be used when something was already on offer. Useless resolution. To an error they caused.

Faster turnaround than expected.
We ordered a ring going through all the options and it arrived well within the time specified which was excellent. Especially as it was a replacement wedding ring come Christmas present.

Gorgeous jewellery let down by packaging
Jewellery was lovely. Very well made, clean and bright. The only reason this is 4 stars instead of 5 is the packaging. Just a cardboard inlay in the box kind of undermined the jewellery.

Brilliant selection of rings, amazing staff!
We are so happy with the service at Austen and Blake! My fiancée and I selected and bought our wedding bands from their Edinburgh Hanover Street shop. The staff were fantastic, super friendly, and highly attentive to the specific designs we were going for. The ring orders were quick and we returned to collect them with joy!

Had a great experience with Jai who helped me pick a diamond to match my requirements that my fiancée absolutely loves!
The ring arrived within the stated amount of time and customer service in store was excellent all round.
The only negative was the lack of response to phone calls and emails which was no fault of the Edinburgh store and seems to be a centralised customer service issue.
