I have cancelled our subscription with RS rewards months ago and $19.99 keeps coming out of my
Husbands account.

Please refund our money asap this is not ok.

I don't doubt that Australian Rewards Club is a genuine opportunity to win a vehicle.
However, if you choose to cancel your membership, they make it difficult.
My experience is it is not easy to cancel your membership and that's disappointing.
It brings their business into disrepute causing members to provide negative reviews.

I missed the draw Wednesday night so a surprise that I was drawn for 3rd place. 1st so close but yet so far, maybe next time!
Always a bit sceptic with the amount of scammers out there but ARC is the real deal.
Received the gift card instantly so no scam here.

Bogus subscription on any purchase and they won’t cancel after multiple emails. Deducting 19.99 every month.

Australian rewards club bought a once of ticket they withdrew next month with out my permission I emailed them they didn’t reply and this month they withdrew money again so I contacted my bank fraud department to hopefully stop these crooks

Australian Rewards Club called saying i had won third price - legends . Had a great friendly chat with Mitch. Great friendly down to earth bloke who answered all my questions . I saw an advertisement on facebook for a car I’ve always wanted to own in a raffle. On a whim I bought some tickets with my credit card.
I only noticed two months later that they had been taking $80 off my card the following two months as well.
I did NOT sign up for any kind of subscription and these withdrawals were unauthorised.
Do not deal with this business they have no ethics at all.

Title: Warning – Check Your Credit Card Carefully
I would strongly caution anyone thinking about subscribing to AustralianRewardsClub.
In my experience, cancelling the subscription did not stop the charges. Even after attempting to cancel, the company continued to charge my credit card. This forced me to spend extra time checking my statements and dealing with the issue to prevent further payments.
The service itself did not provide the value that was promised, and the cancellation process was not clear or easy. For a subscription-based service, customers should be able to cancel without worrying about ongoing charges.
This experience has been very frustrating and disappointing. I recommend anyone considering this service read the terms very carefully and keep a close eye on their bank or credit card statements.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend subscribing.
