Australian Warehouses Avis 54

Purchased the Cuisineart Ice Cream Machine and was delivered very promptly and they were about $90 cheaper than the next cheapest price (at the time of looking). Was a little sceptical due to the low pricing and it being a warehouse business but felt good that I could at least speak to them over the phone and they were friendly and happy to chat. Having read reviews, the only thing that stood out from all the positive ones was they don't really package the product very well, but simply sticky tape and a delivery note attached hahaha. I can agree that while this is accurate, I got my delivery within 2 days of my order and despite it not being sealed in a brown box, the box was perfectly fine and the price was on point (so they clearly pass the savings of packaging on to the customer hahaha). Would definitely recommend Australian Warehouses and will be using again. Thank you guys. Oh and to the person that claimed they are not an Australian business, I can 100% confirm they are!!! Thanks again guys, keep up the great work :)

Don't let the web address fool you as don't think these guys are Australian based. Don't waste your time calling them either as it's not connected and they don't seem to mind. They also don't care what they sell you so long as they sell something. After being told what a suitable substitute was for a product that was presently out of stock I went ahead with the order. When the item finally arrives it is what they sold me but upon opening discover it's not a suitable substitute as was told. They won't allow the item to returned due to seal being broken and responsibility rests with buyer in-spite of the recommendation from seller. Do your own homework is the lesson learnt as adequate service and good will means nothing here.

I did not anticipate to receive my order so quickly, within a few hours. The team knows their products and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure client pleasure. That was the biggest shock following the fantastic deal I got on the Xbox. Amazing !

I recently purachsed a Mavic 2 Pro drone from Australian Warehouses. Great communication and service and it arrived in 3 days. I will definitely purchase from them again.

We bought couple of Surface laptops from Australian Warehouses. The laptops are original and sealed. came with extended Microsoft warranty which was great addition. The team called us to check that we are happy with the purchase, we appreciate your follow up.
This is not the first time we buy from this company and will not be the last

ordered an item after 2 months wait they sent me an offer for the same item but for $400 more attempting to upsell. I rejected the offer so they canceled my order. horrible service avoid at all cost! .. yes you also canceled my order for not taking it the one you offered it was almost double the price of the one i ordered... not my fault if you cant sort out your logistics.

I’m questioning if this is even a legitimate company? I ordered a soccer net for my son for Christmas. When we opened it to build it we noticed a part was broken. Because it was a holiday I emailed to ask for customer service to respond with how I return or replace the broken part. I had no response. Then I tried calling and got no answer. Eventually after a few attempts, a man answered just saying ‘hello’ with no company name mention. He said he’d look into it and email me. That was a week ago and I’ve heard nothing. All super dodgy.

Outstanding service. Their representative directly involved himself so that I understood that the incorrect State entered in the Delivery Address precluded completion of the original Order. At every stage he was not only highly professional but extremely patient and compassionate. My item, urgently needed by an Honours student in Melbourne to replace his failing laptop was ready and posted once my error was rectified. I cannot commend Australian Warehouses highly enough if all their personnel are anywhere near this extraordinary calibre.

Simple & quick with reasonable price

Excellent value. Very quick arrival. My only concern would be that this valuable item arrived in it’s carton displaying exactly what it was. Fortunately we had a safe place for it to be left.

What a fantastic company to deal with, it was my grandsons 12th birthday and was after a Xbox one .after looking everywhere I rang Your company and spoke with a great gentleman who went way beyond and delivered it to us. I can’t recommend them highly enough .
