First Aid Training was then introduced in late 2008 and due to vast growth and popularity; Queensland First Aid became Australia Wide First Aid in late 2011. Liked my instructor very much
Jeanie (the one who ran my course In Mandurah WA) was very informative, efficient, and engaging. She was a lot of fun to listen to and have the class with. I really enjoyed the way she presented information in a light hearted and easy way without losing the importance of why we were there. I would definitely recommend going to her sessions, I hope to have her as my instructor for the next time I sign up for the course.

Great facilitator
My CPR refresher was facilitated by Memory, today. She was outstanding, had a great sense of humour and warmth. She knew what she was talking about. She did very well with a group that included some confused, distracted people who didn't appreciate that Memory is helping us with life-saving skills.

Engaging, Practical and Highly Informative
I recently completed my First Aid and CPR training with Australia Wide First Aid and had an excellent experience.
The trainer was incredibly knowledgeable, upbeat, and engaging throughout the day. Her positive attitude created a relaxed learning environment where everyone felt comfortable asking questions and participating.
What stood out most was the practical, hands-on approach to learning. We weren't just taught the theory—we had plenty of opportunities to practise the skills ourselves, making the information easier to understand, retain, and apply in real-life situations.
I left the course feeling far more confident in my ability to respond during an emergency and provide effective first aid when needed. I would highly recommend Australia Wide First Aid to anyone looking for professional, practical, and enjoyable training.
