My fiancé brought a beautiful opal ring as engagement ring. 4 months later stone became loose and we had to send back. They did say to take to local jeweller if we wanted but I did n he smartly advised me NOT to as it would void their warranty. He looked at it and said there was a small chip in stone that looked like it had been potentially done when setting it. Told me setting was all sorts of wrong hence the stone loose… Tried to talk to jeweller, can’t be done as only be contactable via email which is frustrating and concerning… why not via phone?? Worried I insured ring for postage at MY EXPENSE of $70 to have fixed?? Ring was delivered back pretty promptly, although I CAME HOME TO FIND PACKAGE ON DOOR STEP !! Really, and no insurance if lost. Had ring re looked at by my jeweller again…. NEW chips in side of opal obviously through setting it again. But hey, the stone is secure again. But for how long. My advice, esp for blokes looking at engagement rings DONT DO IT. For all others, maybe don’t buy from them as it’s frustrating AF when you pay a lot and are treated this way. I now have a precious ring that someone clearly could care less about their quality of workmanship or customer service.
As for reply, the ring was brought as engagement ring, obviously I didn’t buy it for myself, it’s under my fiancés name which I’m not publishing here. I’m happy to call the store to clarify who we are and the purchase of the ring with your company. None of your reply does any good to solve the issue/s we have had, and still have with the ring. And for people reading… all it should do is clarify why you should NOT buy from this company. No help when things go wrong.

We try to encourage contact via email so that no information is lost in the process and is available to our entire team while we try to resolve any potential issues. Our intention is precisely to try to be more efficient and speed up the process, so we are sorry that this resulted in frustration, this is the opposite of what we want for our customers.
Although we treat our opals with the utmost care and our jewellery is of the highest quality, it is inevitable that on rare occasions issues arise with the stone setting, and we always try to resolve them as best we can.
However, regarding shipping, while we work with trusted companies, unfortunately we cannot control the shipping company's malpractice. Since all our packages in these cases include signature on delivery, we are in the process of locating your order so we can investigate with them what could have happened.

We bought an opal pendant for my husbands mother in 2021 and have just found out it has completely fallen apart and has turned out to be a PAINTED PIECE OF GLASS.
A certificate of authenticity was provided with it. What a joke! If I could post the photo of the necklace now I would
