Very good and robust machine. I failed to work after a few month and I contacted autelstore in uk and was told they were different with autelsale in UK. I contacted autel sale and gave them details and they were very helpful to give me tips to put the machine back to work. The support was amazing. I had problems downloading update, contacted them via email they discovered a spelling error, once corrected updated no problem.

I bought a MaxiAp 200 bluetooth dongle as a low cost way of diagnosing a fault on the family car. Initially the dongle itself worked fine but the (Android) phone app could not connect to the relevant vehicle file. Given the low price of the product I was honestly not expecting much tech support. However, within a day of e-mailing the issue to the Autel central support team I was sent a link to a solution which worked straight away and I was able to resolve the problem with the car. I was impressed!
