I’ve used AD about 4 times and the whole experience was a breeze. I’ve never had a problem with AD authenticators. One of the items I wanted COA ended up needing more specific photos. Submitted what was required and few hours later got my authentication done. And $5? Can’t beat that price right?

Had vintage Prada heels, unsure of authenticity, and (of course) had mixed reviews from a Fb group I shared them with to ask if they were worth authenticating. So I decided $5 was worth finding out from an actual expert. Best money I spent, authentication was super fast and easy, upload clear pics and less than 24 hours later I had an answer and certificate of authenticity. Amazing service!

Horrible experience. Wasted 5 hours after so many photos given and no conclusion. Pls don’t waste your time and energy. Is this why the app doesn’t accept reviews in the App Store?

I had a Chan el microchipped bag initially authenticated by a woman famous in a buy sell chan el group and she said she feels that my bag is not authentic but may pass other authenticators. That was weird. I decided to use Authentic detective, Real authentication, and several authenticators from Europe and Middle East, they all said that my bag is authentic. Authentic Detective is straightforward. They dont have to be a historian or create bad images of other authenticators just to stand out. Authentic Detective just do their job properly. No dramas. And yes they can inspect some chan el chipped bags already. Keep it up guys.

Easy process, very quick, precise. The App is informative and easy to use. I have all Certificates (also some not authentic) in one place. I live in Europe and Authentication eg for bags is much more expensive here. I can really recommend the company and the new launched App.

Always spot on and highly trustworthy. Their response is quick and I trust them more than any other authentication places. The people who spew out bad reviews are people who are butt hurt from them getting bags that are fake and they don’t want to be told their bag is fake. This is a resellers must have tool. I recently purchased a bag second hand and although I was able to mostly vet it myself I wanted an experts opinion. As sellers I think it’s so important to be 100% sure of authenticity when reselling something you didn’t buy first hand. Don’t trust these guys! Authenticate the fake bag as an original one. I bought a handbag for 4,000 and sent pictures to Authentic Detectives. I got a certificate that the bag was authentic, so I kept it. Then I needed a minor repair, so I went to the brand's store. All members of staff told me that the bag was 100% fake. I wrote a complaint to the Detectives. They just cancelled the certificate and, after a few emails, refunded me for this certificate. But I lost 4000usd because of them
