Terrible service
On April 24, 2024 we booked & paid for a ZADAR Tuk Tuk tour for May 30th. We confirmed several times on WhatsApp, the most recent the day before. When we got to the meeting place there was no reservation for us & no vehicle available.

As it was already written to you - we feel very sorry to hear you had a bad experience with the Tuk Tuk tour Zadar.
The thing is we had nothing to do with the case, as we reached out to them and confirmed your tour several times prior to the day of the tour.
The voucher was sent when we accepted the reservation and informed them.
Our job is only to inform them of reservations and process the booking. After that, our provider, Eco Tuk Tuk Zadar takes over the tour and is in charge of its experience.
As said, we even checked with them several times within the weeks from the reservation to the tour to make sure they had it written in, which they confirmed to us that they did.

Great Adventurous Quad tour
We had a great tour whit the Quad in the mountains. We were with a group of 6 people, all family. There were no other people. The tour was very fun and adventurous. At some points we stopped at a nice viewing point. Ivan, our guide, also gave us some information about the country during the tour. The day before we got a message that told us we should bring warm clothes because it can be windy in the mountains. That was certainly the case at the day of our trip so we were grateful that we listened to the advice. If you want to do a Quad tour we shorely recommend Mountain Quad ATV Adventure.

Took several days to respond to my request, with no availability on date/time I requested. It would have been helpful to suggest other times/dates that were available near the requested one.

Not aproveed reservation notice too late
I made a reservation and after travelling few hours to be on time for the tasting I got a message stating that my reservation was denied by the company we were going to visit, I hope you could confirm the reservation faster, even that we had an option to reserve with one hour of anticipation,

We are sorry that it happened so, but in the instructions on our platform, as well as in our official Terms & Conditions it is stated that the service provider has to confirm the booking for the desired date and time slot, before it can actually be consumed.
It is up to every service provider to confirm or deny the booking request in the time period that suits them, although we always try to fasten the process.

Amazing experience
Amazing experience, everything about the reservation went smoothly and the tasting itself was exceptional. Hosts were great and fun and we had a great time. Would recommend to anyone!
