I gave this company two stars because the book cover was amazing. After that things went downhill. Editing took forever. I would state what needed to be changed and it would come back with only a few of the things fixed or with new errors on it. I am convinced that English is not the first language of the editorial team (if there is one) They gave me a phrase that said, "some a pain pill" which a good editor would know is poor grammar. I was frustrated with the process but saw it through because I had invested so much money. It was never made clear what the money was for. I did get a published book but at a great price to my nerves and pocketbook.
