This company is not reliable, they will scam people through some so-called subsidiary companies that if you do due diligence on them you will discover they are scam companies. Also, they did a very bad job of editing my book for a cost of over 1000 USD I had to redo the whole editing myself, please anyone should be aware of online scam businesses, especially in publishing, marketing etc.
