Lies from the start to the end. First of all, staff are not using their correct names. All Asian employees using English names. Staff didn't listen to me. I had to do story editing myself and rearrange the position of illustrations. I was charged £1,499.00 for a package that was not only overpriced but unnecessary. I was told to create an account on Ingramspark as a self published author so this left me confused. I later discovered I could have published my book myself via Ingramspark anyway. Staff seemed nice at the beginning then changed once I paid total costs. I was told that both Bracken and Youha has been fired following an internal investigation where many issues were found including complaints from customers (may not be true). I was then told my book could become a 'bestseller' and it would only cost me a mere £10,000. Not all bad I would say, my book was eventually published after many months of frustration. I gave up, felt tired of fighting and my book was published without capturing my full vision. I was never offered a copy of my book before publication, the words were way too small to read. My family and friends purchased some of the first copies which had the incorrect font size. I asked the team to provide copies to compensate buyers, they refused as i was not coming through with £10,000. PLEASE don't be in a rush to purchase expensive packages from publishers, do thorough research and speak to other authors on social media first. I have since been able to give advice and discouraged friends and colleagues from publishing with Authors Solution USA and UK. I have learned valuable lessons from this experience. It was a true eye opener. Never again!!

Youha as my editor and contact proved helpful, knowledgeable, and Very professional in her out look. She really helped to bring my books "The Alpha File" and "Checkmate"

Right from the start I was impressed by their speed and efficiency. I wanted to make quite a number of edits all of these were accomplished with no hassle. Overall, had a good experience with this company. My project manager was Youha and my book is a memoir of my journey with breast cancer called ‘how my life went t!ts up’. The communication was very good and the staff have been very friendly. Some of the work could be more thorough before coming back to me so was a bit of to-ing and fro-ing. Very pleased with how the book looks now though! Thanks for all your help

i must commend youha as she has guided me through my phase step by step of getting my manuscript formatted and published.. as i am still in the process of getting it on all platforms, so far youha has been there with me through it all. And i must commend her

It's a con. I handed over £2,500 and received literally nothing in return. They have now blocked my calls. They promised world-wide author copyright, a presence on various bookseller websites (including Waterstones) and a stall at the London Literary Festival. None of these were delivered. They said that they had sold £2,273 worth of my book at the LLF but I have received no cash back. They sent me pictures of the set-up at the LLF but I suspect that these were all fake. They promised to spend the money earned by placing books at book sellers in London and at the Edinburgh Festival but, as I live in Manchester, I would be unable to check these out without spending yet more money. They have now blocked my calls.
They may tell you that I am confusing authorssolution with authorsolutions. I am not and I am very suspicious of the 4 and 5-star ratings this company has on Trust Pilot.
AS has now denied me access to the dialogue stream on the Basecamp account which we used to communicate and have set up a new one but I had the good sense to copy it as we went along.
Since then, they have had the gall to insist that I prove that I am an existing customer and am not trying to scam them. Most recently, they have offered me just £320 in compensation. They just don't get it!!
