Once I paid my fee, it was difficult to connect. Never heard from Tyler again. I asked to receive copies of their products on my behalf and never did. I did receive a Best Seller for my book, which I promised. However, their communication was poor at best. If I had a better experience I would have utilized more of their services, but given the poor experience, I have moved on.
