Enquired about an assessment for my 9 year old daughter as we were just hitting walls when we were trying to get her help and support.
The information given was very thorough and we, myself and my wife, felt listened to throughout the whole process. Our daughter masks really well in school so we were worried that our experiences and concerns would be looked over, but every stage we had our input and felt listened to.
The in person session was what initially drew us to this service, but after a few conversations we felt it was the best fit for us as they were very forthcoming with information and extremely responsive to questions.
My daughter was very at ease throughout the process, and the feedback session was great to help us understand why the diagnosis was given.
Prior to my first enquiry i felt extremely alone in the issues we were facing, and it was lovely to be reassured that i wasn't and that there is support available.
Getting this assessment feels like the first stage in us helping our daughter thrive, and we now know we did the right thing reaching out for an assessment.

I reached out to the autism and ADHD assessment hub as i was curious to know if it would be worth pursuing an assessment at 30+ years of age.
From the first call right through to receiving my report everyone were so supportive and understanding. What made me decide to go ahead was how each individual i spoke with listened to everything i had to say and could relate, making me feel like i wasn't wasting their time. Speaking with people who have been through the same process really helped me to understand the process and make a decision that was right for me. I initially looked at the combined assessment but after the first meeting the clinician was very upfront and advised that they would recommend the ADHD assessment for myself, not wanting me to pay for a full assessment that was not recommended.
All assessment parts were thoroughly explained and the team were always there to answer my questions, there were a lot!, through out the whole process.
When receiving the report, the feedback session really helped me to get an understanding of the diagnosis and what next steps might be for me.
I would just like to say thank you to everyone involved, i feel like i finally have an understanding of myself that means i can focus on the future.
100% would recommend reaching out if you are thinking about an assessment, even if it is just the early stages as they really helped clear my mind of the clutter and make a plan.

After struggling for 2 years to get my daughter assessed and to get her school to put support in place to help her learning. I finally have the resolution we’ve so desperately needed. The report was incredible detailed with clear actionable recommendations for school. I had no issues with school accepting the report which I had initially been apprehensive about with going private. I finally feel like the barriers have been lifted and me and my family can finally move forward with a clear path for support.

For any parents waiting to make that first step, my advice would be to just make that first call. I wish I’d found this centre and started the process 18 months ago. It really has made a world of difference.

I think overall I've been really happy with my assessment experience. After many years of NHS waiting lists and RTC funding being pulled. I finally bit the bullet and got assessment through Autism & ADHD Assessment Hub.

All the information I've been sent was really clear. Pricing, next steps, and appointments were all explained really well. I never felt in the dark about any stage of the process. From contacting them through to my report it took around 7 weeks. Not as fast as some companies claim to be able to turnaround an assessment but for me it allowed me to think and reflect before the next session which I personally liked.

My assessor was fantastic! I was worried about it being online but after the first 10 minutes it really just felt like having a conversion with someone who really got my experiences. They even made allowances for my Mum who joined me on one of the sessions who's a bit hard of hearing but they were really patient and understanding. I never felt rushed or it was a box ticking exercise.

The report was much more detailed than I expected and picked up on things linked to ADHD that id never really thought about as a characteristic that I do display. The recommendations for support were really personal to me and incorporated some of my concerns id raised during the assessment process with various things I've struggled with particularly around barriers at work.

I would recommend this clinic to anyone and I already have to some of my friends!

I had a lovely experience with a clinician who made me feel comfortable, calm and listened to as I went through all of my concerns about myself and my difficulties with my suspected ADHD. I was so pleased with the service that was so quick to get me booked in, get testing materials to me asap and check over my own availability with me before booking in. It was all very professional and seamless and I would certainly recommend.

AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH!!

I have never experienced such disappointment and lack of duty of care from a medical provider. This clinic claims to specialise in late-diagnosed women, but their actions prove they do not care about their patients' wellbeing.

My experience was a series of failures from start to finish.

The clinician was late to the first appointment. During the consultation and via multiple emails, I explained in full detail my pre-existing medical conditions that strictly dictate what medications I can safely take. This required me to relive severe past trauma and triggered PTSD flashbacks.

After taking my payment, the clinic completely ghosted me for two months. I called and emailed weekly. Every time I called, I was told "no one was available," and my emails were entirely ignored. I was in tears on the phone begging for updates and assurance regarding safe medication options.

When they finally did respond, they simply forwarded a generic email from another clinic. They completely ignored every single bit of my medical history and trauma I had shared with them. It was so incredibly distressing it made me physically sick for days.

Exhausted by the negligence, I demanded a full refund. I was promised it within 5 days, but received no email confirmation and no money. I had to chase them for another two weeks with continuous phone calls and emails.

The receptionist, Sienna, was the only helpful person here and genuinely tried her best to connect me with Hailey. However, it wasn't until I explicitly threatened to involve my family solicitors that my money was magically returned the exact same day.
Returning my money only when threatened with legal action proves they were deliberately withholding it and simply did not care until their reputation was at stake.

You are actively misrepresenting the facts. First, you claim you cannot identify any legal communication on my file. You record your phone calls, so I urge your management team to listen to the recording from June 22nd, 2026, at 15:28, where I spoke to Sienna, who then transferred me to Hailey. On that call, I explicitly stated I would be involving my family solicitors. This was because my refund had already been confirmed 10 FULL DAYS prior—on June 11th at 13:20 during a call with Hailey—following my initial email request on June 10th. Hailey promised the refund would be back within 5 working days. It was only after I threatened legal action on the 22nd that the money miraculously arrived that exact same day. To claim this was just an administrative coincidence is insulting. Second, characterizing your radio silence as a mere "lapse in time" while you "sought clinical guidance" is COMPLETELY DISHONEST. You ignored three consecutive emails regarding my care and progress over a nearly month-long block of silence: May 12th, 2026: I sent a deeply sensitive email outlining my extensive medical history, past trauma, and specific medication concerns. May 16th, 2026: Having received no reply to my urgent health concerns, I was forced to send a follow-up email stating, "I'm waiting for a response." May 25th, 2026: After continued radio silence, I had to email again just to ask for a basic payment link because my clinical questions were completely ignored (my mother also emailed on this day to try and get a response). When Hailey finally replied on June 9th, she didn't provide "clinical guidance" from a director—she just admitted YOU DON'T EVEN OFFER ADHD medication and unceremoniously forwarded a link to an entirely different, external partnership. You did not remain in communication to help me; you ghosted a vulnerable patient who had just relived severe trauma to give you her medical history. You failed in your duty of care, ignored my distress, and withheld a refund until legal action was mentioned. I will not be moving this to a private email; the dates and facts speak for themselves.
